Recently, one of my salvations had to be given up---that and moving--- really through me into that “out-of-sorts” feeling. I then remembered my list of things I like to do routinely----I hiked for starters.
Pretty soon I was ready to try teaching myself yoga----still throwing me for a tizzy because I am not what you would call “limber.” I am still doing the yoga and getting a bit better at following the beginners tape and giving myself permission to not get it perfectly.
I don’t do change easily since my childhood was so chaotic---if you don’t change easily; perhaps, you’ll make a list of things you enjoy to do on a regular basis so when your daily rituals are interrupted you can get-back-to your-centered-self easier----allowing yourself to go-with-the-flow.
