I’m then at choice---I can wallow in the lower vibrating memories etcetera; or, I can blow them up. I choose a version of my BOOM technique and imagine a baseball bat above my head and as the thoughts, memories, negative feelings arise I let them float up through the top of my head and beat them with my bat and they explode. It sends the negative energy back to sender in neutral; thus doing several things at the same time---meditating, clearing, and staying in my heart---all the while feeling safe in the present moment. How’s that for empowerment.
