Instead, relax---take a breath, ask your team for help in guidance and then let it go.
The “what if’s” will drive you mad. What if I don’t get and answer---I have to worry. Worry is a choice.
What I do is wright down the worry, ask my team for help, then focus on what I can do and wait for an answer. I’ll come across my note about the issue and most of the time it’s been resolved.
With big issues---I just focus on the end game and blow up the disappointment of it not arriving yet.
