If you are like me you find yourself taking the feelings on of people around you. What is the solution?
You can “return to sender,” you can go into your heart and focus on loving yourself, and/or, you can remind yourself to not engage with the mass consciousness---I like to use the access statement:: "Everything that this bringing up in me I destroy and un-create it now times a godzillion, Right and wrong, good and bad, Pod and Poc, all nines, shorts, boys and beyonds.".
Will you disengage today from your cranky pants mood?
