My Love Diet
As you do these observe your resistance to them---they are tappable issues
1. Post-it notes everywhere that say “I love you, ___________ (say your name)”
2. Make a card or buy a card and write something loving to yourself and send it to yourself
3. Take a bath with all the fun you can---ex. pretend you’re swimming with the dolphins in candle light
4. As you wash yourself pretend you are washing your baby (our bodies are our babies)
5. Write a love song to yourself
6. Write a love poem to yourself
7. Buy flowers with a loving note to yourself
8. Take 10 minutes to reflect on how wonderful you are
9. Look in the mirror and while looking deeply into your eyes say “I love you, I love you with all my heart. I see you and I love you and I’m so proud of you. You are strong and powerful and I love you!”
10. Focus on my gift and how the world is a better place for my being in it (notice what comes up)
11. Make a list of what you are grateful about YOURSELF (what you are grateful most of the time—like most of the time you are willing, you tap, you keep returning to solution skills)
12. Ask 3 people why you are special to them or what they see special in you
13. Notice where you in overwhelm today and ask “what action can I take that is loving to myself so I can turn this around energetically” (each present moment create your future moments---so in each moment lovingly return to the FEELING you want)
14. Gift yourself something special that you normally deny yourself
15. Tithe some money to yourself along with a note on why you inspire you (notice how much you think you are worth)
16. Tithe to someone else with a note on why they inspire you to be a better person
17. Ask and listen to what your body needs
18. Create an altar of love with 3 things about you including a smiling picture of you
19. Spend time with your inner child
20. Call a friend and ask them why the love you
21. Visualize yourself surround by everyone you’ve ever known and imagine them cheering you (notice how you feel and let your enemies cheer you anyway)
22. Make a screensaver of YOU---ex. you with smiling faces, your notes and letters to you---etc
23. Celebrate the light you are---make it a game to see how long you can stay HAPPY no matter WHAT shows up
24. Honor you are different ages (use some of the above and apply it to your kids)
25. Draw a picture of flowers with your non-dominant hand and display it where you can see it and feel the parental pride
26. Do something fun with your inner kid
27. Visualize you at different ages as if you were never “demeaned”---let the tears shift from pain to pride and bring them into your heart
28. Tell a friend why you are proud of the new template you established for you little kids
29. Ask them for guidance on how to keep loving yourself
30. Tithe you your inner kids with a note on why they inspire you
31. Look in the mirror and say “I love you, __________ (say your name) because you are choosing to living in JOY, freedom, and bliss no matter what---and I am committed to loving you no matter what”

Because when you show up for the world it then, and only then, shows up for you
Stop being a joyless creator---joyfully create and then all things are possible
Remember: only you can turn around your point of view
