I’ve decided to pause and REALLY KNOW that I am doing my best.
Will you pause and love yourself no matter how long the it takes? And, don’t forget to breathe and laugh---we are silly resisters 😊
My long term/life struggle is overwhelming me at present. Do you have a life challenge/hurtle?

It seems the more I struggle the more challenging life becomes.
When I rest and play with the idea that “it” can be easier---“it” usually becomes easier and a solution presents itself. Will you let “it” rest today? I tend to be a serious person. Too serious at times especially when things are changing around me.
My new resolve is to not take it so serious and to have an attitude of joy as I traverse change. Will you play with me while you/we change? The ego wants you to stay in debt in all areas of your life. GUILT, SHAME etc----all ego.
Try doing something else when you are tempted to over spend in any area of your life (even overeating). Try singing anything that is a-typical to pause your impulse. That is true freedom and wealth. The freedom to make a new habit and choice. Will you embrace daily your ability to make new choices? I sure get impatient. I do my best to pause and focus on restraint. I do my best not to chastise myself for creating any negative in my life.
I then congratulate on how well I AM being patient with myself. Will you pause when you are irritable today and acknowledge how well you are in turning your life around? It can be difficult to be flexible. Regretting that you messed up is a waste of energy. Acknowledge that you need to turn your manifesting abilities around and allow knowing that in the right time things will turn around.
Keep going to your peaceful place and simply keep returning to that place. I know it seems daunting---persevere. Will you trust the timings in your life today? Sometimes we just have to let go and go within to calm down. Life can trigger us in ways that baffle and try to bring down your self-worth.
Try taking a few deep breathes and realize that the ego wants us at all times to feel like “crap.” If we relax for a few minutes we come to realize it’s the ego at work and often we can start to push that chatty-monster back until we can gain perspective. Will you lovingly retreat to focus on how wonderful you really are? Sometimes we sure act immature and that can be okay. Others will judge you and you can turn the tables by laughing at yourself. Not in a mean way; but rather as an admission that you recognize your need to grow in “this” area.
Will you allow yourself to have fun while you mature? The bills we see are problems and issues from the past we have not fully dealt with or reconciled.
Instead see the debt as a way to erase the past errors. Perhaps you overspent to fill a void. Now as you chip away at the debt you can see your self-esteem rising. Don’t beat yourself up over it. Just see yourself as taking steps to turning around the past. Will you be gentle with yourself today over your bills? Do you tell yourself the truth? Or, do you kid yourself?
Each moment is an opportunity to correct the lie and start being more honest with yourself. Then you can start adding up all the honest moments and congratulating yourself. How many deposits of honesty will you bank today? |
