What?

Our minds chatter on and have opinions about and on everything. 98% of the thoughts belong to other people. Throughout the day I pause and ask: “What?”

What am I thinking? Then I can use my tools to get rid of thoughts that are not mine; or, to redirect my thinking.

Will you allow yourself the freedom of asking “WHAT” today?
