If you are not speaking kindly to yourself and about other’s, then you are wallowing in negative energy. Take the time to do something about it in a constructive way.
As if you were a child, talk to yourself and let yourself know that you are sorry. That you are doing the best you can. Acknowledge your pain (feelings) and then use your tools to return to loving yourself and seeing others as doing the best they can considering their limitations.
