Sometimes we have an addiction to a belief. Let’s borrow benefits and dig deeper to clear some ties to feelings holding us back Pt 4
KC: Even though there is still some fear---I do feel more in control
KC: Even though I have all this doubt around this good feeling lasting---I know I didn’t get depressed over night
KC: Even though I don’t understand this process a part of me is responding and I want the results more than the understanding
EB: I’ve struggled most of my life
SE: I’ve been addicted to this feeling for decades
UE: I’ve done everything
UN: Spent tons of money on therapy
CH: Maybe I’m kidding myself this time
CB: Yet, I do feel better
UA: They are easy tools
TH: Expand out the fear
EB: Tap
SE: Maybe this time by honoring and acknowledging my life
UE: And honoring and acknowledging the great work I’m doing it will all turn around
UN: I choose to peace
CH: I choose love
CB: I choose to love myself
UA: When I experience a negative thought
TH: I’m gonna return it to sender
EB: Or, let it expand out
SE: Breathe and remind myself
UE: Right this minute I’m safe
UN: The danger has passed
CH: I’m okay
CB: I choose to release and let go
UA: I choose to expand into more of me
TH: I choose to love me
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: I am committed to letting go of my addictive feelings---one feeling at a time
When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: “I am committed to living a BIG and peaceful life NOW”
