When we are critical of ourselves we ARE abusers. Sometimes it elps to tap in love and commitment to your bodies. Let’s borrow benefits and tap some old abuse patterns and thinking out.
KC: Even though I let my body down in the past and may slip in the future---I choose to love myself no matter what
KC: Even though I failed in the past---I now have a deeper understanding and choose to let the past go
KC: Even though I never fully trusted help from my unseen team I’m open to asking for that help
now
EB: I don’t know that I can do this
SE: I could ask my body and unseen team if what I’m about to eat is what my body wants
UE: That sounds silly but that the heck
UN: I took on the believe of others and that was disastrous
CH: My body and higher power want the best for me so why not check in with them first
CB: I am committed to loving myself
UA: I am committed to being at peace with myself
TH: I am committed to asking for help from my higher power or unseen team
EB: I am committed to listening to my body
SE: To learning what my body likes
UE: What energizes my body
UN: I’m open to my body changing
CH: I love my body
CB: I support my body
UA: I love each flaw
TH: I love each roll
EB: Its fine just the way it is
SE: I know that change only happens through acceptance
UE: If I had been larger and was now this size wouldn’t I be over the moon with how I looked
UN: So why not love how I look now
CH: I’m seeing the sexy in my body---the way it likes to move
CB: I’m seeing the shedding of judgments and limitations
UA: That makes me happy
TH: I love being happy
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: I’m committed to one happy, healthy, fit and fabulous body and that makes me happy NOW
When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: “I am grateful for my body and how well it responds to loving kindness NOW and forever---thanks for the support my beloved unseen’s and body”
