UE: I KNOW it’s just a temporary fix

CB: Well, maybe I can feel, tap, release for a bit more
UA: The tapping just brings up more feelings
TH: It’s okay to cry while I’m tapping and just feeling
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: Better to tap and feel----maybe tapping can be my new friend
When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: “I’m committed to a happy and balanced life—NOW”
