UN: What if I get hurt
CH: What if I get too many muscles

UA: What if I can start with walking
TH: Early in the morning
EB: It’s cool and quiet then
SE: I could start with walking
UE: Doing my breathing exercises while I walk
UN: Walking is free
CH: I could start appreciating nature
CB: I could dream of my dream houses
UA: I can choose to walk instead of eating
TH: My metabolism might increase
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: I think I can start with walking and breathing and loving my body as I stretch out my leg muscles afterwards
When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: “I am committed to a happy and healthy body NOW”
