KC: Even though I was there for my friend I feel guilty---I could have done more, been nicer---I always think I never do enough---I acknowledge my feelings and am open to changing them

UA: What if just a lie I bought into years ago
TH: What if I really only was guilty one time
EB: What if I decided I had to punish myself for one thing I did wrong years ago
SE: One thing I can’t even remember now
UE: I’ve been feeling less than my whole life
UN: Guilty
CH: It drains me
CB: Depletes me
UA: It’s on my last nerve
TH: Until I remember why I think I’m guilty I’m gonna turn this around
EB: When I remember why I feel guilty I’ll tap that out
SE: Until then I’m blocking abundance from coming to me
UE: I’m of service
UN: I give a lot of myself to others
CH: I go over and beyond what others do
CB: I’m fabulous
UA: I’m caring
TH: It’s time for me to receive redemption
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: It’s okay to show up and do what I can and let the rest go---I’m okay with what I CAN do and the rest the universe can take care of
When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: “I don’t have to save everyone and everything----I am committed to valuing myself and letting others get help from other people when that is the highest and best good for all concerned”
