KC: Even though I still remember how comforting it was to be comforted by food when I was little I’m ready to grow up
KC: Even though I got my mother’s attention when I was sick and she gave me ice cream ---I honor and acknowledge this ingrained habit and attention seeking habit
KC: Even though as a kid I’d sneak food when I was scared to take care of myself---I honor and acknowledge this habit and realize now I have the skills to comfort myself in different ways
EB: All these feeling of comfort from food

TH: Food made me forget a skinned knee

SE: I was taught this habit of eating for everything

TH: It never really worked
EB: I’m still haunted by the past
SE: Food just was the band aide
UE: The pain is still there
UN: I want to let the habit of going to food go
CH: I choose to grow in awareness and integrate my lessons
CB: I want and choose to start feeling the pain and disappointment of the past
UA: I choose to start to let it all go along with the habit of reaching for food
TH: I chose to change and be happy and healthy
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: Mind, body, soul and spirit---no more old food habits
When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: “I am committed to a happy and healthy life NOW”
