KC: Even though I’m not feeling inspired and frankly feeling overwhelmed---I choose to relax and trust the process

UA: Maybe I’m too overwhelmed
TH: Breathing into my heart space 10 times
EB: Now I feel better
SE: I still don’t know what to do
UE: I feel better though
UN: What if I could just relax and do the best I can
CH: Maybe set a time limit and focus just for that amount of time
CB: Letting everything else go---just for an hour
UA: I bet I could do that
TH: That feels okay
EB: What would the end result look like
SE: Okay, one step back from that
UE: Okay, what would be the first step to get me to that second to last step
UN: Hummmm, just pretend for a moment and play and see what shows up
CH: Breathing
CB: Letting it be fun

TH: That’s it---letting it flow as I play for this hour
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: I have this hour and if I play for 10 minutes with the process the rest will zoom---I like surrendering to this new process
