KC: Even though I’m used to feeling bad and can’t seem to stop feeling like a victim---I do want to change so my world can change
KC: Even though I feel I’m not doing enough to change the world ---I can by changing the energy I send out into the world
KC: Even though the state of the world is overwhelming---I want to focus on the positive
EB: I need to worry about the world
SE: If I don’t worry it means I don’t care
UE: I have to worry and feel horrible
UN: I need to be miserable to show how much I care
CH: I can’t be happy if people are starving somewhere in the world
CB: It’s mean to be happy if others are suffering
UA: I’m a horrible person to want to focus on joy and happiness
TH: I have to feel really bad
EB: If I’m suffering I’ll help others see just how “serious” this cause IS
SE: Then they’ll feel guilty and worry also
UE: WHAT
UN: I can never suffer enough to ease someone else’s suffering
CH: If I put worry energy out into the universe then it will just pollute the mass consciousness’ energy
CB: Everyone will be too depressed to care to change anything
UA: I have to turn this around
TH: What a dilemma
EB: I can never starve enough to keep anyone from starving
SE: I can never be miserable enough to make anyone happy
UE: Who the heck taught me to be this way
UN: That’s how I was raised
CH: “eat all you food because there are kids starving in ________”
CB: Oh dear
UA: I want to return that thinking to sender
TH: Blow up that thinking
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: I can never be miserable enough to make anyone happy
When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: “I am committed to focusing on joy, bliss and love as my contribution to the solution of how to help the world”
