KC: Even though I see worry for what it is---I choose to take pride in my clarity and now I can ask what I need to do next
KC: Even though I worry so I can procrastinate---I honor and acknowledge this and am ready to let it go

SE: I see it clearly now
UE: It keeps me in procrastination
UN: It keeps me small
CH: It started out to keep me safe
CB: Now it keeps me small and limited
UA: I do have a lot on my plate
TH: I don’t know how to get it all done
EB: Oh, follow the energy
SE: One thing at a time
UE: I have the right and obligation to myself
UN: To focus and redirect my attention
CH: To what is the best for me
CB: Worry never helps
UA: Focus on what I can do is solution energy
TH: There is something on my list I know I can do
EB: I honor and acknowledge my fears
SE: I’m not going to give them any more attention
UE: Attention is focusing on what IS doable
UN: There is always something I can do on my list
CH: I just have to get the energy started
CB: I don’t need to worry
UA: I can ask for help form guides or people
TH: And dive into what I can do
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: I trust the process
When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: “I am committed to redirecting my attention”
