Our beliefs take the form of convent lies we tell ourselves to keep us small. Let’s borrow benefits and tap some charge off. (we’ll tap on each belief over 3 days to give you a chance to see what comes up and how to tap to change the belief)
Belief: WHO you think you are
KC: Even though I’m not a business person let alone a sales person---I’m open to looking at this differently
KC: Even though I know marketing is an extension of the service I provide for people---everyone knows sales people don’t market honestly
KC: Even though I know my heart is sincere others don’t know that and they’ll think I’m a flim-flam-man---I honor and acknowledge my feelings and am open to looking at this differently
EB: Marketing is hype
SE: It’s phony
UE: Everyone knows it’s all lies
UN: I’m not a liar
CH: I’m not a business person
CB: I help people
UA: I’m right brained
TH: I’m create
EB: I’m heart centered
SE: I don’t know how to do this
UE: This marketing stuff
UN: It’s not who I am
CH: I’ll be betraying myself
CB: I’ll be out of integrity
UA: My clients will sense this
TH: I’m about integration
EB: I’m about expansion
SE: I’m not a sales person
UE: I can’t do this
UN: I can’t even think of how to begin
CH: It doesn’t feel right
CB: But, how will people find me
UA: How can I help people if I can’t get my message out their
TH: Maybe I can be a heart-centered business person
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: I’m open to shifting my identity conflict around who I am as a solo-preneur
When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: “It’s okay to give myself permission to rethink who I am and that my message and I are an extension of one another”
Have a great weekend!
