KC: Even though I’m afraid of people rejecting me---I’m open to a new perspective
EB: I’m afraid
SE: I hate being rejected
UE: If I put myself out there and what I do
UN: I’ll get rejected
CH: People think I shouldn’t charge for what I do
CB: I don’t have a benefactor so what am I to do
UA: I’m afraid
TH: People are so mean
EB: Well, some people are mean and judgmental and critical
SE: I’m too sensitive
UE: I’m too nice
UN: I know I have to share my gift
CH: Yet, I’m afraid of being rejected
CB: A lifetime of rejection
UA: In all areas of my life
TH: I can’t stand the thought of my gift being rejected
EB: All this fear
SE: All these memories popping up
UE: I don’t know what to do
UN: It’s overwhelming
CH: All this fear
CB: I’ll just let the memories wash over me as I tap
UA: Tapping and moving the fear out of my body
TH: Letting each memory just drift away
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: All I have to do today is notice the fear and tap on it---just watch the memories and tap without judging them
When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: “I can tap and let go of the painful rejection memories----I can just let them go---letting go of the emotional tie”
