KC: Even though I want to step into a bigger life---I acknowledge my resistance and love myself enough not to give into the resistance

SE: It sure seems fixed
UE: All these obstacles to my growth and expansion
UN: I want to let them go
CH: All this resistance to letting my fears go
CB: I’m done with them
UA: They are done with me
TH: On the count of three I’m gonna unplug from them
EB: 1-2-3
SE: I unplug and return more of my energy to me
UE: I’m committed to repeat unplugging and bringing all my energy
UN: back to me
CH: These limiting beliefs are no longer keeping me safe
CB: I have to unplug from them
UA: I acknowledge the resistance
TH: Feel, tap, release
EB: I want to let them go
SE: I want to be fearless
UE: I want serenity
UN: I allow myself to receive
CH: I allow myself to unplug
CB: To shift my energy
UA: All these remaining fear
