Hope. When you calm pretend that a miracle is on the way you begin to shift your perspective. You begin to relax a bit. Friends seem more supportive. Encouragement comes from people you least expect.
Has the living situation resolved itself---NO. Yet, there is hope that a miracle is on the way.
KC: Even though my situation is NOT resolved. I honor my feelings and impatience and love and accept myself anyway.
KC: Even though the miracle hasn’t arrived yet I enjoyed the process today of looking and seeking and tapping.
KC: Even though things may not work out I know I can slip into HOPE. I love myself for that.
EB: what’s the use nothing has changed

UE: It’s a lot less stressful when you relax
UN: Pretending that a miracle is on the way is a nice feeling

CB: An ease and grace to the day
UA: it’s a bunch of nonsense
TH: No it’s not --- my chest pains diminished
EB: I didn’t even realize I was hurting until it stopped
SE: my body likes this feeling
UE: When you want to get into the solution people show up for you
UN: I like not feeling alone
CH: I like being part of a caring community
CB: Miracle do happen
UA: It starts with feeling good inside
TH: Looking for the beam of light in someone
EB: Not judging
SE: Accepting
UE: Accepting myself and others
UN: Miracles
CH: It may not work out like perfectly
CB: It feels hopeful
UA: I can hold onto hopeful
TH: That’s a step closer to a miracle
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: Miracles--- mmmmm yummy, cozy, and warm
