KC: Even though I’m in the habit of thinking I HAVE to worry, doubt, stress, and can’t relax; because that’s what a responsible person does. I honor my feelings and accept myself anyway.
KC: Even though I can’t ever worry enough to resolve my situation. I acknowledge and love and accept myself anyway.
KC: Even though people will judge me for not worrying, doubting, stressing, and running around like a banshee to resolve my situation. I acknowledge that is their belief. I honor my path and trust my “A-Team” to lead me in the right direction at the right time.

UE: I’m overwhelmed with everything I have to do with this move
