KC: Even though I felt ashamed, embarrassed and humiliated as a kid ---I acknowledge my feelings and am willing to let them go.
KC: Even though I had all these missed messages around money and clothing I want to see the reality of my current life and let the past go because I’m worth it.
KC: Even though I have this confusion around money and “things” I acknowledge my confusion and am open to looking at it differently.

TH: It wasn’t fair

SE: I don’t know how to put it all in perspective
UE: But that WAS then and this is now
UN: And I want a new view and attitude around money
CH: I don’t want to carry any more shame and guilt and embarrassment
CB: Especially around money
UA: I want to let it go
TH: A part of me wants to hold onto the resentment
EB: A larger part of me wants to let it ALL go
SE: I want that part of me to win
UE: Starting to let it go
UN: My parents were very confused around money
CH: I took it on and now it’s time to start letting it go
CB: I’m willing to start letting it go
UA: Everyday letting more and more go
TH: I can let go of the shame, guilt, embarrassment and resentment
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: Its okay to start letting it go and changing my thinking and associations. Money doesn’t have to trigger negative memories. I can start seeing that the past was then and today is NOW and I can have a different relationship with money.
