KC: Even though I think I can’t consciously change my mood or vibration I’m open to changing that.
KC: Even though I know I’m supposed to see the glass as half full I admit that usually I see it as half empty and I’m open to changing that
KC: Even though I want to be more positive I admit that I often find myself in gloom and doom and I’m open to changing that.
EB: I can’t just shift my mood
SE: Something outside of me has to make me happy
UE: I can’t just think a happy mood into being
UN: I can’t shift my perspective
CH: But then when I day dream about my favorite vacation spot
CB: I do feel warm and cozy and happy
UA: When I think of sitting in front of a fireplace with a warm cup of tea on a chilly night
TH: I feel secure
EB: Maybe I can write down some feel good images
SE: and when I’m in the “glass half empty” mode
UE: I can pull out one of my images and shift my mood
UN: Like exercising---I can build my POSITIVE image muscle
CH: I can practice this at least once a day
CB: Keeping it simple
UA: Making it easy
TH: Shifting my mood
EB: I notice that people who are positive have greater abundance
SE: They enjoy what they have—which is abundant
UE: I give myself permission to play with this
UN: Shifting my mood easily
CH: Playing with POSITIVE images

TH: Stepping into my bright future
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: Everyday and in everyway I give myself permission to shift my vibrations.
When fear starts creeping in tap on the UE and say: “I give myself permission to make a list of positive images to replace my negative ones---one by one.
Have a great weekend and write down your good vibration experiences to use later. You might even place them on index cards and carry them around.
