KC: Even though I heard a lot of crazy thinking around money as a kid --- I forgive myself for identifying and taking those beliefs on as my own. I choose to be open to letting some of those go now.
KC: Even though I saw, heard, and lived the “poor-slob” story --- I forgive myself for living it. I choose to acknowledge it and start to let it go.
KC: Even though I don’t know who I’ll be with out these limiting beliefs I do know it will be a freer feeling and that idea feels good—I choose to move into the unknown and seek help and healthy guidance.
EB: I’m a poor-slob
SE: I don’t deserve money
UE: I can’t own anything of value
UN: I can’t trust people, places, and things
CH: That’s all I know
CB: It must be true I keep finding evidence that it is
UA: Look at where and how I’m living
TH: I am a poor-slob
EB: No you’re not
SE: You are going through a period of transition
UE: Like the caterpillar struggling to free itself from the bondage of its cocoon
UN: Look at the insights you’re gleaning
CH: I am rich in spirit
CB: I am rich in my willingness to change
UA: I am feeling more worthy with each tapping session
TH: I’m so sorry, please forgive me, I do love myself --- I’m willing to look at all this and to reach out for help
EB: I am worthy and deserving of letting the old beliefs and identities go
SE: I am emerging from the fog of misperception
UE: I didn’t know I was speaking so ill of myself
UN: Forgiving myself for what I did unconsciously
CH: Letting it fade
CB: Embracing the new me who is emerging
UA: Who is worthy and deserving of money
TH: Who honors and respects money
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: Letting go of the old false negative beliefs and memories around money. Choosing new beliefs ---I am worthy and deserving and everything will be okay because I’m doing great work on myself.
