KC: Even though on the surface it looks like I respect money I acknowledge that I secretly hide money.
KC: Even though I hide money from myself I acknowledge that on some level I lie to myself about my worthiness.
KC: Even though I hide money I’m open to changing my habit.
EB: If I keep it all in my wallet someone will take it

UE: I’ll loose it
UN: I’ll think I have a lot of money
CH: I have to lie to myself
CB: I have to limit myself to a few dollars at a time
UA: I can’t be trusted with money
TH: I’m not worth having a lot of money
EB: I was always told I wasn’t worth anything
SE: I lied to myself thinking I was worthy
UE: But I hide money
UN: I feel such shame and guilt around money
CH: I’m open to honoring and respecting money
CB: I’m open to knowing what money is where
UA: I’m open to letting the old tapes go
TH: I’m open to respecting myself and money
EB: I’m in the habit of thinking small
SE: I’m in the habit of limiting myself
UE: I’m in the habit of listening to old messages
UN: I’m open to letting that go
CH: I choose to let that thinking go
CB: I choose to respect myself and money
UA: I choose a new behavior about money
TH: I am worthy and deserving to money
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: I don’t have to lie and deceive myself about money. I don’t have to be a prisoner to the past. I can respect myself and set boundaries.
As you go through your day notice how you treat money. If you notice odd behavior tap on the CB and say, “that was then and now I don’t have to lie to myself or my money.”
