KC: Even though I only have a limited amount of money right now I don’t know how to shift my focus from lack. I only see how little I have and I’m open to shifting that.
KC: Even though money doesn’t seem to be “coming” to me and I feel deprived. I’m open to seeing this differently.
KC: Even though I have to watch what I spend my money on. I’m open to allowing money to start flowing to me.
EB: I’m on a tight budget
SE: I don’t have another source of money coming in
UE: I don’t have any control over that
UN: I’m scared
CH: I’m doing the best I can
CB: I just don’t have the money
UA: I’d love to buy that book on sale for $20’s and it’s just not in the budget
TH: I’m always going without
EB: I hate this
SE: I never have the money to buy things and go on trips
UE: It’s an old habit to focus on the lack
UN: But it’s my reality
CH: How do I shift it
CB: It’s real---I don’t have money coming in
UA: What if I focused on allowing a miracle to show up
TH: A job offer I hadn’t thought about
EB: Seeing a job listing I hadn’t thought about
SE: What if I focused on all the things I do have
UE: It’s hard
UN: When I think of my budget perhaps I can be grateful that I do have a budget
CH: That means I have some money
CB: I could bless each dollar and give it permission to multiple
UA: Blessing each dollar and being grateful for the money I do have
TH: If I’m meant to have more ---more will come to me
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: It may seem silly but first comes acceptance, then gratitude, and then the flow starts
As you go through the day and find yourself in “lack-mode” tap on the UE and say, “I’m so grateful for the money I have and grateful for the money about to come my way.”
