KC: Even though I feel like I’m being judged when I buy things in the presence of others who know my money situation --- I acknowledge my feelings and am open to looking at this.
KC: Even though I judge myself when I spend money on an occasional “Starbuck’s” I am open to looking at this.
KC: Even though there are all these feelings around money I am open to seeing it differently.
EB: All this guilt and shame and judgment
SE: I judge myself
UE: I’m embarrassed and afraid others will judge me
UN: Because I judge myself
CH: I feel guilty about buying anything
CB: I don’t feel worthy of an occasional treat
UA: Then I overspend to “prove” that No One is the Boss of ME
TH: All these negative messages running through my head
EB: I wish they would stop
SE: I wish I knew what to do
UE: I wish I could look at this differently
UN: Perhaps I could do a spending plan
CH: To see where I’m out of balance with my money
CB: Perhaps if I felt a bit more balanced in how I spend my money
UA: There are groups that can help me figure this out
TH: Perhaps there is a way to plan for the occasional treat so I don’t have to feel guilty
EB: I can start looking at all the areas where I spend money
SE: I give myself permission to seek out help
UE: I give myself permission to accept the help that is out there
UN: Perhaps there is a solution
CH: Perhaps I don’t have to figure it out myself
CB: Letting myself accept help
UA: Because I’m worthy and deserving
TH: NO matter what I think
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
UE: I’m worthy and deserving No matter what I think and what other’s think of me. I am worthy and deserving of help and freedom from stinking thinking.
