KC: Even though there is a rush when I buy things I admit it’s not a long lasting joy.
KC: Even though I think “things” will make me happy the feeling never lasts.
KC: Even though the temporary “joy” is soon replaced with guilt and shame I’m open to changing this.
EB: All this guilt shortly after I buy something
SE: I hate that the good feeling doesn’t last
UE: I hate that I ruin everything good
UN: I’m tired of beating myself up
CH: I’m tired of being my own buzz-kill
CB: I hate never feeling satisfied and joyful
UA: What is wrong with me
TH: Why can’t I stop this tape
EB: Darn awareness thing again
SE: Silly me that’s my old behavior rearing its head again
UE: Thanks for sharing
UN: That was then and this is now
CH: I’m looking at my spending plan
CB: I now have money allotted for an occasional treat
UA: This is a guilt free “tea”
TH: So I can relax and enjoy this tea
EB: A guilt free treat
SE: Yea for me
UE: There is a way to silence the tape
UN: I can enjoy a treat
CH: I think I want more of this JOYOUS spending
CB: I’m proud of myself for switching gears
UA: Good job
TH: I am worthy and deserving of JOY
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
UE: I’m worthy and deserving of doing a spending plan so I can enjoy more guilt-free moments.
