KC: Even though I don’t eat right I never saw it as not valuing myself. I’m open to changing that belief and behavior.
KC: Even though I never saw that when I don’t take care of myself in any area it really is undervaluing myself. I acknowledge this and am open to change.
KC: Even though I waste my time I never saw it as undervaluing myself and that I subconsciously send a message to money energy to stay away---that I don’t value it. I acknowledge this and am open to change because I do love myself on some level.

EB: I can up my self-worth by eating better
SE: By taking better care of myself
UE: By honoring my body-temple
UN: By valuing my body
CH: By cherishing my body-temple
CB: I can look in the mirror and say I love myself
UA: I can pause before I overeat
TH: I can start choosing to value and respect myself
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: I can take baby steps and forgive myself when I slip and vow to do better. I can do this---I give myself permission to do this----easily and gently.
As you go through the day and find yourself slipping. Giggle and say as you tap on the UE, “ooops, sorry---thanks for the reminder to do it differently. I intend to do it differently---I ask for help from my team to do it differently---thanks.”
