EB: I hate how long this is taking
SE: I want money now
UE: I want a better life now
UN: I’m tired of all these trials and errors and slips
CH: I’m tired of all this foundational work
CB: All this self discovery
UA: All this admission of “screw-ups”
TH: I want to wave a magic wand and be done with the negative behaviors and guilt
EB: I hate this process
SE: I hate walking through the memories of my mistakes
UE: Yet, without feeling the pain of the past
UN: How will I be able to relish and enjoy a bountiful future
CH: I don’t ever want to take money and myself for granted again
CB: I want to bask in the glow of a radiant and abundant future
UA: I need the “dark” lessons and truth
TH: In order to appreciate the sunlight
EB: The slips can be like wearing sunglasses
SE: Just a glimpse of the old protective past behavior
UE: And then when my eyes are adjusted I can remove them
UN: And enjoy the bright future I am creating for myself
CH: The foundation process is just a transition time
CB: Between the dark and the mid-day sun
UA: My slips are just there to help me with my resolve
TH: To love and respect myself and money
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: I can take baby steps and forgive myself when I slip and vow to do better. I can do this---I give myself permission to do this----easily and gently.
