KC: Even though I’m conditioned to looking for permission from outside of myself I’m open to changing that habit.
KC: Even though I’m in the habit of waiting for someone else to give me permission---I’m open to see that I’m an adult and can give that permission to myself.
KC: Even though I have conflicting feelings about giving myself permission I acknowledge the conflict and am open to changing.
EB: I’m in the habit of waiting for others to give me permission to succeed
SE: Whenever I took initiative it backfired
UE: I’m afraid to take charge of my fate
UN: I’ll screw it up again
CH: I keep making mistakes
CB: But that was before I started meditating and acting for guidance from my TEAM
UA: Maybe it will be different this time
TH: Maybe I can take baby steps
EB: Maybe I can start with praying for willingness to take guidance from my heart
SE: Then meditate and listen for the guided action
UE: I could slow down and pause before I react or take action
UN: Try thinking “what would love do”
CH: That would be new behavior
CB: That sounds like a good new habit to foster
UA: Hummm---what would love do
TH: Love would say, “proceed with caution”
EB: Love would ask if what I was about to do--- served me and humanity
SE: Love would ask if this was for my highest and best good
UE: Love would ask if this was the best way to spend my money
UN: Love would ask if this was the best way to make money
CH: My time is now
CB: and I’m ready
UA: My time is now
TH: and I’m ready to start giving myself permission to have money
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: I give myself permission to act and may my actions be blessed with the BEST for ME and the BEST for You.
As you go through your day and find that you are letting others decide your course tap on the UE and say, “ I can do this if I pause and ask what would LOVE do.”
