KC: Even though I’m super sensitive to the facial expressions of people and usually interpret it as negative. I’m open to changing that.
KC: Even though I’m old as dirt I’m ashamed to admit that I’m still waiting for approval from outside of myself. I want to stop that.
KC: Even though I seek out approval in people’s faces I want to stop that.
EB: Their just not into what I’m pitching
SE: They might not feel well
UE: They might have other things on their minds
UN: It might not have anything to do with me
CH: As a kid I didn’t know that
CB: I was certainly blamed for my parents’ bad mood
UA: I bought that and sadly can’t return it
TH: The way to correct it is to realize it wasn’t always my fault
EB: I don’t even have to parcel it out to affix blame
SE: I just have to come from my heart space
UE: I just have to say: This person just isn’t into what I have to offer
UN: Maybe they will later but they aren’t now
CH: It has nothing to do with my abilities
CB: It’s the product they aren’t ready for
UA: I don’t need anyone “thumbs up”
TH: It’s nice to have but only from true supporters
EB: Action buddies are a great way to start
SE: They want your support
UE: And they want to be supportive
UN: It’s okay to want appreciation and approval
CH: Just don’t go to the hardware store for bread
CB: I give myself permission to seek support from the right place
UA: To let go of the fantasy that my family will ever be on my side
TH: Letting go of the illusion
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: Everyday and in everyway I give myself permission to claim my future by letting go of the illusions of the past.
When fear starts creeping in tap on the UE and say: “I am letting go of the past and all it’s confining illusions and support myself in reaching out to people who can REALLY help and support me.”
