Sometimes we get so used to storing stress and our body tries to help us out by storing it.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap some stress out to help our bodies Pt 2

KC: Even though there is still some body pain---I honor and acknowledge the process
KC: Even though I have noticed that there have been some pain-free moments---I choose to let those moments accumulate and focus on them
KC: Even though it’s a process I can see that what I focus on increases---hears to focusing on a healthy body


EB: All this remaining stress
SE: All this remaining pain 
UE: I’m choosing to let it go
UN: I choose to feel calm and relaxed
CH: I choose to let go of the pain
CB: To not struggle to understand the WHY
UA: But to focus on the doing
TH: The doing of letting it go


EB: Thank you body for releasing more of the stress
SE: Thank you
UE: I choose to eliminate more of the stored stress
UN: To trust the process
CH: To choose to be calm and relaxed
CB: Knowing my body can restore itself to health
UA: Knowing my body is choosing to let go of the pain
TH: Knowing it’s safe to let it go


EB: All this remaining stress
SE: I choose to let it go
UE: I choose to keep making the choice
UN: To let it go
CH: To be grateful for the moments of health
CB: To be grateful for how well my body bounces back

Sometimes we get so used to storing stress and our body tries to help us out by storing it.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap some stress out to help our bodies Pt 1

KC: Even though I have all this stress and my body is trying to help me I’m ready to start letting the stress go
KC: Even though my body has been holding all this stress until I was ready to release it---it’s time---I’m tired of my body hurting
KC: Even though I never realized that my body was really my partner I’m ready to start helping my body by understanding and letting go of my stress


EB: All this body pain
SE: All this stress stored in my body 
UE: All this stress
UN: All this tension
CH: I don’t even know what I’m suppressing
CB: I don’t need to know
UA: I just have to feel, tap and release
TH: It won’t stop hurting


EB: What would it be like to be pain free
SE: Just for 2 seconds
UE: Ahhhhh
UN: All this pain is overwhelming
CH: It creates more stress
CB: Focus on what it would be like to be pain free
UA: Even if it’s just for a second
TH: Thank you body for holding onto this pain


EB: If you hadn’t I’d have lost my mind
SE: Now it’s time to feel, tap and release
UE: All this pain
UN: I want to let it go
CH: I want my body to be pain free
CB: A second at a time
UA: Focusing on those seconds of freedom
TH: I want to let go of more stress now

Sometimes we just feel like our natural state is “in-between”---forever hanging out in the hallway.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap some charge off

KC: Even though it feels like I’m always waiting for my break—that the timing isn’t right---I honor and acknowledge this feeling
KC: Even though it always feels like I’m forever in the hallway and that it’s never my turn---I’m ready to start letting this go
KC: Even though I keep thinking I’m to blame for this---I’m ready to start shifting it


EB: Always waiting
SE: Always between struggles 
UE: It’s never my time
UN: It’s all I know
CH: I’m used to it being this way
CB: Maybe it’s a choice
UA: A learned choice
TH: Maybe I can change this


EB: Everything is energy
SE: Maybe I could let my waiting transmute into knowing
UE: Knowing that I placed my order and it will be delivered
UN: Instead of just numbing out
CH: Or thinking that it’s never my time
CB: While I’m waiting
UA: I can focus on the feeling I want
TH: Not the specifics


EB: The feeling
SE: The more I do it the easier it will be
UE: What the heck
UN: I might as well be productive in the hallway
CH: Then I can keep focusing on more and more
CB: And pretty soon I’m be in creation
UA: And won’t notice I’m in-between
TH: Now that’s positive use of my energy

Sometimes we’re anxious because we feel overwhelmed.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap some charge off

KC: Even though I can’t keep up with everything I have to learn and do---I honor and acknowledge that I feel frozen and anxious
KC: Even though it feels like my brain will explode I honor and acknowledge now I feel
KC: Even though I feel frozen and anxious I want to start shifting this


EB: All this overwhelm
SE: Too much to keep up with 
UE: I don’t have the time
UN: I can’t seem to do anything about it
CH: My brain can’t process it all
CB: I don’t know what to do
UA: I can’t think
TH: All this overwhelm


EB: HELP
SE: I HAVE to get it done
UE: There is too much
UN: I can’t figure out the new program
CH: It feels like I’m a failure
CB: Maybe I’m not supposed to get it all done
UA: That’s crazy
TH: I have responsibilities


EB: I just can’t figure out this program
SE: What else can I do
UE: What else can I do to be a contribution to myself
UN: I’ll do that one thing that I can do
CH: Focus on it 100%
CB: Then I do a few others
UA: In a few hours I’ll come back to what seems overwhelming
TH: I’m ready to release this anxiety and focus on what I can do for this hour

CB: I’m open to the perfect person coming along to help me when the time is right

KC: Even though I start to worry about getting it all done---that’s a form of procrastination
KC: Even though I see worry for what it is---I choose to take pride in my clarity and now I can ask what I need to do next
KC: Even though I worry so I can procrastinate---I honor and acknowledge this and am ready to let it go


EB: I worry
SE: I see it clearly now 
UE: It keeps me in procrastination
UN: It keeps me small
CH: It started out to keep me safe
CB: Now it keeps me small and limited
UA: I do have a lot on my plate
TH: I don’t know how to get it all done


EB: Oh, follow the energy
SE: One thing at a time
UE: I have the right and obligation to myself
UN: To focus and redirect my attention
CH: To what is the best for me
CB: Worry never helps
UA: Focus on what I can do is solution energy
TH: There is something on my list I know I can do


EB: I honor and acknowledge my fears
SE: I’m not going to give them any more attention
UE: Attention is focusing on what IS doable
UN: There is always something I can do on my list
CH: I just have to get the energy started
CB: I don’t need to worry
UA: I can ask for help form guides or people
TH: And dive into what I can do

KC: Even though I have a to-do list a mile long---I honor and acknowledge my wanting to procrastinate
KC: Even though I’m not sure how to prioritize all this---I honor and acknowledge my comparing myself to others who can
KC: Even though it’s all important I choose to just pick something to get started so I can start feeling good about myself


EB: It’s all important
SE: How can I pick just one thing 
UE: What grabs my attention
UN: One thing I can do for half an hour
CH: What about the other stuff
CB: There are people who need that stuff
UA: Maybe the one thing I do for half an hour
TH: Will clear my brain so I can focus on the other stuff


EB: I’m committed to doing a great job
SE: That starts with taking action
UE: So for a half hour I’m gonna go full steam ahead on one thing
UN: Right here and right now
CH: Allowing myself to fully focus
CB: Letting it be easy
UA: Letting myself feel the joy of starting
TH: Of actually getting something done or started


EB: I’m not saying NO to the other stuff
SE: Just getting the creative juices flowing
UE: Oh, now I have an idea for the 3rd item down on my list
UN: Making a note in 20 minutes you’re next
CH: Oh, now I get it
CB: Flow
UA: I just have to get started
TH: Then checking in to see how much longer it will take to finish what I’m doing---maybe I have time to finish it

CB: If not---make a note and come back to it---I’m committed to flowing

KC: Even though I want to finish what I started---I honor and acknowledge my twinge of panic
KC: Even though there might be criticism from others I’m choosing to finish what I started
KC: Even though I might fall flat on my face---it’s just an experience and I can create a new reaction by laughing at myself


EB: I take things way to seriously
SE: It’s not the end of the world 
UE: So they might not like it
UN: I can learn from the criticism
CH: I can “feel” into the criticism
CB: Is it right or off base
UA: I get to decide my reaction
TH: I can always improve


EB: Creation is always evolving
SE: If I’m praised
UE: I’ll acknowledge it and say thank you
UN: If there is no comment
CH: That’s okay
CB: I get to take pride in finishing it no matter what
UA: I’m willing to finish what I started
TH: I’m open to finishing it


EB: I choose to be a doer
SE: I choose to decide to see myself as a completer
UE: I choose to see myself as someone who can finish what I started
UN: Allowing myself to hold onto that feeling
CH: The feeling of honoring my intentions
CB: To complete what I started
UA: To learn and grow
TH: To honor my word to myself

KC: Even though I’m afraid of THEIR reaction—I choose to focus on letting that go
KC: Even though I always gave too much power to the opinions of others---I choose to start taking it back so I no longer have to procrastinate
KC: Even though I’m not sure how this will look---I know it’s a process and am committed to giving myself the time to find the right grove for me


EB: So what if they don’t like what I did
SE: I can’t keep putting my life on hold 
UE: Each moment I procrastinate
UN: Gives THEM power over me
CH: The fear grows
CB: I get smaller
UA: I’m tired of that
TH: I choose to change


EB: If it’s not perfect
SE: I’ll get feedback
UE: I’ll change it
UN: I’ll give myself permission
CH: To not beat myself up
CB: To give myself permission to change over time
UA: To readjust
TH: To grow


EB: To not take “words” seriously
SE: Criticisms are just words
UE: I assign the emotional meaning
UN: I choose to not be critical of my own work
CH: To see it as evolving
CB: To see where it feels out of balance
UA: Creation is a process
TH: It is always evolving

KC: Even though I need to finish this work I’m afraid because of what others will say about it---I honor and acknowledge my feelings
KC: Even though I’m afraid of being judged and criticized I’m open to changing this
KC: Even though in the past I wasn’t ready to face my fears---today I am and I’m really proud of myself for that


EB: I’m afraid of the criticisms and judgments
SE: What if no one likes it 
UE: What if they do like it
UN: Either way I’ll feel uncomfortable
CH: I don’t like to feel uncomfortable
CB: What if their reaction is neutral
UA: That would be worse
TH: I just can’t finish it


EB: I feel like such a failure and looser
SE: What is wrong with me
UE: I’m not afraid of what I’m doing
UN: I’m afraid of what comes after that
CH: My fear isn’t about me
CB: It’s about what I think THEY will think
UA: Yikes
TH: The reality is some won’t like it


EB: That’s a fact
SE: Not everyone is on the same level
UE: Not everyone is kind and gentle
UN: Not everyone is diplomatic
CH: Yet, everything is evolving
CB: Including my reaction to criticism
UA: If I let it
TH: I’m ready to start letting go of my reaction to other’s comments

KC: Even though I’m afraid I’ll keep failing and always procrastinate at least I’m tapping and that’s a start
KC: Even though I’m afraid I’ll fail again---so what---I can tap on that as well
KC: Even though there is always going to be someone who is critical of me---I am committed to focusing on being a person of action


EB: I give myself permission to let go
SE: I give myself permission to release my fear  
UE: I give myself permission to know I can free myself from past fears and disappointments
UN: I want to claim my life
CH: I want to call the shots
CB: Not let my fears call the shots
UA: I don’t want people to see me as helpless
TH: Or, hopeless


EB: I deserve to be peaceful
SE: I deserve to feel confident
UE: To simply notice other peoples points of view
UN: Especially if they are about me
CH: To shrug and let them go
CB: To see that they are not relevant
UA: To see that I will know when and how to act eventually
TH: To KNOW when to take action and when not to


EB: Not as an excuse
SE: But from being aligned with source energy
UE: I can first let myself let go of old judgments
UN: It’s okay
CH: I can keep blowing them up
CB: They will start to fade
UA: The more I focus on what I want
TH: To be a person of action
