Sometimes we feel that our bodies have let us down.  They are there to bring us to a deeper connection with ourselves.  Let’s borrow benefits and earn how to be one with our physical bodies in this lifetime.  (Bring to mind a physical pain or current bodily discomfort---and let’s continue the
dialogue)

KC: Even though I’m willing to learn the language of my body---I admit I’m afraid what it might tell me
KC: Even though I love my body and want to learn to listen---I’m afraid it will tell me to make changes I don’t want to make
KC: Even though I’m afraid to hear what my body wants---I acknowledge my feelings and am committed to this journey

EB: I’m afraid
SE: I’ve been pushed around by everyone
UE: Now my body will push me around
UN: I want to do what I WANT TO DI
CH: What if it tells me something I don’t want to hear
CB: I don’t care-----I’m all alone
UA: No one cares about me
TH: Oh, if I don’t care about my body 

EB: No one else will
SE: That’s what doctors are for
UE: They don’t really care
UN: They just give you drugs
CH: They basically tell you to take care of yourself
CB: I don’t want to
UA: I might have to change the way I live
TH: That’s scary

EB: It’s not fair
SE: I’m sorry body
UE: I guess I’m having a tantrum much like you’re doing now
UN: You’re hurting because I haven’t been listening to you
CH: Please, be patient with me
CB: We can take this slow
UA: I can take small steps to change if you need me to
TH: I choose to hear what you have to say

CB: It’s safe now----I’m calmer now----I promise not to go anywhere---it’s safe to let me know what you need now

KC: Even though I don’t know HOW to talk to you body---I’m sorry----and I’m gonna do my best to hear what you need
KC: Even though I feel really stupid right now---talking to my body for heaven’s sake---I’m gonna do my best to listen
KC: Even though I’m not sure how all this works----I really want to start tuning into what my body needs ----not just what I THINK it is needing or craving

EB: I hear you
SE: No I don’t
UE: I’m listening
UN: I can’t hear you
CH: I feel stupid
CB: I feel really stupid
UA: Okay, let’s try again
TH: I really am sorry because I do know you are trying to get my attention

EB: I’m sorry
SE: Please forgive me for ignoring you
UE: I do love you at times
UN: I admit it
CH: I haven’t taken the BEST care of you
CB: I’m sorry
UA: I promise to keep at this until I get it
TH: Until I can hear what you really need

EB: Am I supposed to hear something in my head
SE: I’m not sure about this
UE: Oh, if I ask how you feel and it’s heavy then something is off
UN: It’s an energy feeling
CH: This is gonna take some getting used to
CB: I’m worth it
UA: Besides you go where I go
TH: So, why not learn to tune into what makes you run really well

CB: I can sense when something is amiss with my car----I’m sorry body----I owe you the same respect at least

KC: Even though I’m really upset with my body right now---I acknowledge my anger
KC: Even though I didn’t know how upset I was with my body---I acknowledge that I feel let down and mad because my stomach aches
KC: Even though I’m really mad right now---I’m in major discomfort----I acknowledge how I feel

EB: I’m mad
SE: Why is it hurting
UE: Why does it hurt from time to time and when I do go to the doctor there is nothing wrong
UN: I feel betrayed
CH: I’m so mad
CB: I hate my body
UA: It’s so finicky
TH: It’s a joy-kill

EB: Other people can eat anyway they choose
SE: And their bodies never act up
UE: Mine is just too finicky
UN: I hate this
CH: So, I don’t eat right
CB: It’s too hard
UA: I don’t have the time
TH: My body used to be able to take whatever I dished out

EB: Maybe my body is trying to get my attention
SE: Maybe it just wants me to ask it what it wants
UE: That is the dumbest thing I ever heard
UN: Maybe it’s really hurting because I don’t rest enough
CH: Maybe I don’t stretch enough
CB: Maybe I need supplements
UA: Okay, maybe I can learn to start talking to my body
TH: Maybe I can start to tune into what it wants

CB: I want to be understood and I confess I never think of my body as a partner in this life

Let’s borrow benefits and start tapping out some of the old belief and tap in some pride

KC: Even though I’ve been playing it safe ---I acknowledge this and am ready to acknowledge my successes
KC: Even though a tiny part of me wants to hide a larger part of me wants to shine and I want more of that part to win
KC: Even though I play these silly excuse games to stay small---the world needs what I have to offer and I’m ready to step up and shine

EB: Yep, I thought I was a phony
SE: I was confused
UE: I thought I hadn’t accomplished much
UN: Now I know
CH: I seek balance
CB: Honesty
UA: I can now focus on the positive
TH: That is what will help people

EB: Remembering how I helped in the past
SE: I can build on that
UE: Inspire and help people
UN: It’s not arrogant
CH: It’s Freeing
CB: To be whole and complete
UA: The negative and positive both have their place
TH: I am committed to a whole and complete life

EB: Acknowledging all of me
SE: Determined to do right by me
UE: Determined to do right by others
UN: To be of service
CH: Integrity---acknowledging all of me
CB: I thought I was a phony
UA: Now I know I am in a state of evolving and growing and that is perfect in its evolving
TH: It’s a process

Belief: Who me? 
Let’s borrow benefits and start tapping out some of the belief that yes, you accomplished x, y and z BUT you still feel like a phony

KC: Even though I have all these successes behind me ---I have a hard time believing I’m capable of being so “professional” and accomplished---I acknowledge my feelings and choose to own my positive accomplishments
KC: Even though I don’t remember all the good I’ve accomplished and only focus on my failures and that keeps me thinking I’m a phony---I honor and acknowledge my thoughts and feelings---and am open to seeing and knowing I am accomplished after all
KC: Even though I have a difficult time acknowledging my successes---I choose to tap through my feelings of discomfort until I know I am not a phony and am accomplished and proud of that fact

EB: Are you kidding me
SE: I can’t do that
UE: That’s arrogant
UN: Okay, so I have done some things really well---BUT
CH: I was just lucky
CB: Wait, I choose clarity
UA: I did these things
TH: I have been successful

EB: I’m gonna keep a success journal
SE: I’m gonna list all my successes just in case I forget
UE: I’m gonna tap in how great it felt when I did them
UN: I’m gonna acknowledge all my accomplishments
CH: It’s not arrogant
CB: It’s letting myself and others know that I know
UA: That they can trust me
TH: That I’m dedicated

EB: I accomplished this and this and that and that
SE: Yes, that was me
UE: You can trust me to do right by you
UN: I’m gonna tap in all my accomplishments
CH: Sweet remembrances
CB: Not to brag
UA: To help people know that I can help them
TH: The best way I can be of service to others is to acknowledge all the ways I have been of service and how those ways can help “them”

CB: Yep, it’s time to claim what I did, yes, with the help of source---and I did it in this body and it’s now a part of me---I now allow that cellular memory to rise to the surface so I can articulate to others just how what I have done in the past can help them now

Belief: I don’t know it all
Let’s borrow benefits and start tapping out some of the belief that just because we don’t know everything that people will think we are a phony and expose us as one

KC: Even though I admit I don’t know it all---I’m afraid THEY will find out and brand me a phony and all will be lost
KC: Even though I just know that I’ll be found out and branded and exposed ---I’m open to seeing this differently
KC: Even though no one knows everything ---I keep thinking THEY will expect me to know it all and that throws me into a panic---and I’m open to shifting this

EB: Busted
SE: They’re gonna bust me
UE: I’ll be laughed out of town
UN: “A phony” branded on my butt
CH: All this stress
CB: No one will come to me
UA: All this anxiety and stress
TH: The pressure of being exposed

EB: What will I do then
SE: There is just no defense
UE:  I’m not perfect
UN: I have to be on guard
CH: Wait, no one knows everything
CB: They might be an expert or know a lot about something
UA: Not everything
TH: Even Einstein didn’t know everything

EB: Why do I think I have to know everything
SE: I choose to know it’s okay not to know everything
UE: I choose to relax
UN: It’s true---even Presidents have advisers
CH: That’s why there are mentors in every field
CB: Oh, I don’t have to worry about being found out
UA: Even I have a source of unseen helpers I ask for help
TH: Take a breathe and choose to relax

CB: I choose to know I’m okay and that I grow in what I know every day and am in integrity always

Belief: It’s never enough
Let’s borrow benefits and start tapping out some of the belief that just because we don’t know everything we are a phony

KC: Even though I don’t think I’ll ever know enough to feel confident in what I do---I acknowledge my feelings and am open to some clarity on this
KC: Even though I don’t think I’ll ever know enough not to feel like a phony---I honor and acknowledge how I feel and choose to relax and open to seeing this differently
KC: Even though I don’t think I’ll ever know enough and that others will expect me to--- and think I’m a phony---I honor and acknowledge my feelings---and choose to relax and breathe so clarity can enter my mind

EB: I don’t know enough
SE: It will never be enough
UE: Too much pressure
UN: I have to do and be more
CH: It never ends
CB: All this pressure
UA:  People will know I’m a phony
TH: I don’t know enough

EB: What if I’m confusing expansion with imperfect and not worthy
SE: What if I’m supposed to expand and learn more
UE: And that has nothing to do with being a phony or imperfect
UN: What if I’m doing my due diligence in growing and expanding
CH: That is my job
CB: I do that really well
UA: What if I’m just confusing perfection with expansion
TH: That takes some pressure off

EB: I have done enough
SE:  I enjoy learning more
UE: That doesn’t mean I’m deficient and phony
UN: It means I’m expanding like the universe
CH: Become more of me
CB: I choose to relax and learn and grow more
UA: To expand even more into my Beingness
TH: I choose to know that I am enough even if I slow down learning and absorbing

CB: I am good enough, smart enough, and dedicated enough to pause and breathe into knowing I am perfect just the way I am”

Belief: arrogance
Let’s borrow benefits and start tapping out some of the anxiety and inability to not own what we are good at doing--- and thinking  it’s better to think I’m a phony then to be seen as arrogant

KC: Even though I’m letting go a bit of feeling like a phony---I don’t want to appear arrogant and confident cause that’s just way too uncomfortable
KC: Even though I’d love to feel confident, I sure don’t want to get full of myself---It’s safer to think I’m a phony and stay small
KC: Even though I find some confident people as humble there are just too many who are just
arrogant and I can’t stand that---what if I get arrogant

EB: Arrogance is disgusting
SE:  I can’t stand arrogant people
UE: I don’t want to be like that
UN: I better stay small
CH: It’s arrogant to claim your achievements
CB: There must be another way
UA: I want to feel confident
TH: I’m afraid that will make me arrogant

EB: It is a gift
SE: I use to help people
UE: I’m grateful for my gift
UN: The people I help are grateful
CH: What if owning my successes was just a vibration I send out
CB: To attract people who need my service
UA: That isn’t arrogant
TH: That’s actually spiritual

EB: It’s in integrity
SE: It’s heart-centered
UE: Nothing arrogant in that
UN: I’m open to seeing the spiritual aspect of owning my successes
CH: Seeing it as a partnership with spirit
CB: Spirit isn’t arrogant
UA: It’s expansive and confident and peaceful and supportive
TH: That is what I want

CB: I choose to see my successes as spiritual and in communion with spirit the source of my gifts---I am thankful and that is not arrogant in anyway

CB: Leaders willing to shine
UA: I don’t have to agree with them
TH: I applaud their willingness to step forward 

EB: To be seen
SE: To stand in their KNOWING
UE: To stand up for what they believe in
UN: Even if it’s not what I believe in
CH: That is inspiring
CB: That is comforting
UA: To see how that aspect can inspire me
TH: To take a step further into my greatness---thank you

Belief: I’m just lucky
Let’s borrow benefits and start tapping out some of the anxiety and inability to not own what we are good at doing

KC: Even though I fell into what I do---I was lucky---it had nothing to do with me—I’m open to seeing this differently
KC: Even though it would be sheer hubris on my part to think I’m really good at what I do---I’m open to seeing this differently
KC: Even though I’m just lucky that I haven’t been discovered as a fraud----I’m open to seeing if this is really true

EB: I’m just lucky
SE: I didn’t do a thing
UE: If they only knew how insecure I am
UN: Ouch, I can’t think about that
CH: I’ve been lucky that’s all
CB: I’m just a fraud
UA: I’m lucky
TH: What if it’s more than luck
 
EB: Sure I have skill
SE: And I do have a desire to help
UE: What if it’s a combination of skill and luck
UN: Isn’t that the Law of Attraction
CH: Then I can’t take any credit after all
CB: No, I’m willing to be of service
UA: I just don’t want to come off as it being all me
TH: So I have to think I’m a phony

EB: That way I don’t get a big head on my shoulders
SE: Then the universe would surely smack me down
UE: Oh, that sounds like a limiting belief
UN: What if I was being grateful for the abundance in my life
CH: The clients
CB: The money
UA: The visibility
TH: The more I accept the more people I can help

CB: Thinking I’m a phony denies people I could help of the facilitation they need to be the best they can be
