KC: Even though I’ve taken on the opinions of others and tried to make them my view point’s----I have to return them to sender---they just aren’t me
KC: Even though I tried to change----I honor and acknowledge the struggle and surrender to truth---the truth of who I am

SE: I’m tired of feeling bad about myself 
UE: I’m sorry but in trying to please you
UN: And conform to your opinions
CH: I’ve lost sight of what feels right about me

We can also ask our bodies to help us shift and step into more of who we want to be without knowing the core blocks.  Let’s borrow benefits and pre-soak some limitations out
KC: Even though I want to be more joyful I’m not sure what is holding me back---I give my body permission to let go of my blocks
KC: Even though I may not know what is stopping me---my body does and I allow it to gift me by releasing some more lower vibrating energy stored in my body

Sometimes we need to remind our body that we are safe and it can change and let go.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap some knowing into ourselves

KC: Even though in the past it wasn’t safe to change or be myself---I honor and acknowledge this and choose to know I’m safe now
KC: Even though in the past it wasn’t safe to expand into me---I AM safe now
KC: Even though in the past it wasn’t safe I give my body permission to know it’s safe NOW


EB: It’s okay body
SE: It’s safe to change 
UE: I honor and acknowledge
UN: All the years it wasn’t
CH: Thank you for keeping me small and safe
CB: Now we ARE safe
UA: I need you to partner with me in a new way
TH: To help me expand into the our unique destiny

SE: We’re safe
UE: Safe to expand into our brilliance
UN: Safe to expand into our truth
CH: That all things are possible

KC: Even though the first step wasn’t PERFECT----I took a first step and it was pretty darn good
KC: Even though I can see what my part in all of it was---I acknowledge the universe sure did step up with the content
KC: Even though I could beat myself up---I choose to focus on just how darn good the first step was

EB: I did it
SE: I let the universe guide me to the first step 
UE: The universe did great
UN: I can see what I need to do
CH: I’m gonna get the hang of this in now time
CB: WOW, the universe led me to the first tools even to use
UA: I’m amazed
TH: I sure know now I can trust my partner, the universe

EB: It really will lead me to just the right first step
SE: Who knew
UE: I always heard it was true from other successful people
UN: I’m a believer now
CH: I’m ready for the next step
CB: Okay, universe I know part of what I can do next that’s affordable
UA: So, I’ll do that and then show up for the next step
TH: Thanks

EB: I am so looking forward to this partnership
SE: Yes, I’m nervous
UE: And, I can breathe into my heart space

Sometimes we want to achieve a goal and we end up sabotaging ourselves for a number of reasons.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap some charge off Pt 2

KC: Even though I’m still apprehensive about what the first step is---I acknowledge this and choose to trust the process
KC: Even though I don’t know what the first step is ---I’m willing to leave that to the universe and for it to guide me to the first step
KC: Even though I’m big on Trust---I choose to partner with the universe and trust it will deliver everything to me in just the right order

EB: I sure don’t know what to do first
SE: I acknowledge I’m anxious and scared 
UE: I know I don’t have to know all the details
UN: I acknowledge it’s hard for me to trust
CH: I’ll keep breathing into my heart space
CB: And let the fear expand out into the universe
UA: Until I feel spacious
TH: Then I’ll just go about my day

EB: I’ll get an intuitive hit
SE: The universe will line up the best options
UE: All I have to do is keep myself calm and confident
UN: That’s easy
CH: I just have to keep breathing into my heart space
CB: Choosing to remain calm and confident
UA: Not carrying if it’s Perfect
TH: Just willing to show up in my imperfection

EB: To learn and trust as I go along
SE: I soon know what I need to do
UE: And the universe will provide the rest
UN: I may not know what to do
CH: But, I have a brilliant idea and vision
CB: And, I know the universe will support me in this
UA: I’m ready to receive support
TH: From a supportive universe

KC: Even though I want to be successful this time---just thinking about it stresses me out
KC: Even though I haven’t the first clue on what to do first---I honor and acknowledge how I feel 
KC: Even though I have this nagging feeling that I’m gonna fail---I honor and acknowledge this


EB: I’m not sure what to do first
SE: What if I fail 
UE: I’ve failed in the past
UN: Not all the time
CH: But enough to make it scary
CB: I don’t know all the steps
UA: What if I do it wrong
TH: All this stress over this goal


EB: All this anxiety
SE: All this fear over doing it wrong
UE: I want to be successful
UN: And part of me is too afraid
CH: I want the part of me that wants to be successful to win
CB: Trust
UA: I don’t know
TH: A lot is on the line


EB: I can blow up the fear of judgment
SE: Especially my judging myself
UE: I honor and acknowledge my fear
UN: I honor and acknowledge my goal
CH: I am a visionary
CB: I want to start living my vision
UA: I give myself permission to honor and acknowledge all my fears
TH: I give myself permission to relax into the perfect first step

We are all connected energetically and often conditioned to feel we are victims or to blame.  We then send out that energetic signature into the world and add more of that lower vibrating energy to the world.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap some charge off Pt 5

KC: Even though I feel like a fat and unhealthy person and this thought brings me down---I choose to change this and be a contribution to my body and the world
KC: Even though I can neglect myself---I choose to forgive myself so I don’t contribute to the mass consciousness of sloth
KC: Even though I’m not perfect----I choose to return the thought that I have to be perfect and that if I’m not I’m a looser


EB: All this media attention around health
SE: All this judgment 
UE: All this guilt, shame and blame
UN: I end up not feeling okay about myself
CH: Watch this show and all the commercials
CB: Exercise 24/7
UA: Eat this way and that
TH: All this fear


EB: No wonder I give up
SE: I’m choosing to focus on being happy
UE: If that’s watching 1 hour of TV that makes me happy
UN: I’m gonna give it my full attention
CH: If I choose to go for a short walk
CB: I’m gonna focus on nature and that it makes me happy
UA: I’m returning all judgment to sender
TH: I can never worry enough


EB: Or be perfect enough to turn things around in the world
SE: I can never be fit enough to inspire someone to get healthy
UE: I can focus on being happy
UN: Knowing that when people are happy they naturally take care of themselves
CH: Oh, if I focus on being happy
CB: I’ll naturally take care of myself
UA: I can ask what my body wants to do
TH: Not what the media says it “HAS” to do

KC: Even though I have some money concerns---I honor and acknowledge it and am open to focusing on abundance no matter what
KC: Even though I see on TV and in the media that the economy is in trouble---I’m open to focusing on abundance
KC: Even though I could mount a case for how only lack is in my life---I honor and acknowledge that this will only add to the negativity in the mass consciousness around lack and scarcity  around money


EB: I have money issues
SE: A lack of money 
UE: They say the economy is bad
UN: Banks are collapsing
CH: All this fear
CB: All this focus on lack
UA: All this blame
TH: All this doubt


EB: Everyone is upset
SE: No wonder things are collapsing
UE: Yet when I focus on having enough to pay my bills
UN: Somehow there is enough
CH: I can never push money away enough for broke people to fee abundant
CB: I choose to focus on the abundance around me
UA: As if I placed an order and I know it’s baking in the kitchen
TH: No matter what I’m gonna focus on there being more than enough money


EB: I choose to unplug form the mass consciousness of lack
SE: To focus on the feeling of having more than enough
UE: Now that would start to change things around
UN: More hope and faith
CH: It doesn’t matter what the rest of the world experiences
CB: I see millions of people prospering
UA: And they all focus on having more than enough
TH: And they do
