Sometimes we can get addicted to feeling disappointed and find ourselves in situation where we create that limitation.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap out some disappointments (think of what you feel disappointed about) Pt 3

KC: Even though I feel guilty for abandoning my disappointment---I so approve of it way down deep and I want that part of me to win
KC: Even though I feel guilty---I honor and acknowledge how brave I am to step into a new template
KC: Even though I still am disappointed I know I’ll start choosing the new template---the one that will expand me


EB: All this guilt
SE: I feel like I’m betraying 
UE: And abandoning me
UN: Rubbish
CH: I’m embracing a new template
CB: One that will expand my life
UA: I want that template to win
TH: I am transmuting my old addiction


EB: Bringing it into the light
SE: So it can become unlimited possibilities
UE: Instead of limitations
UN: I approve of this new template
CH: Do I know how it will look---NO
CB: Does it matter----NO
UA: I can feel that it feels lighter and expansive
TH: I desire more of that universe


EB: I allow the universe to rise up and support me
SE: I allow the universe to help lift me higher and higher
UE: I give myself permission to release more and more of my guilt
UN: I’m doing the best thing ever for myself
CH: Yea, me---YEA!
CB: All this guilt
UA: Bye-bye
TH: It’s time for you to transmute and lift me higher

KC: Even though I still have all this disappointment---I’m committed to letting more go
KC:  Even though I have all these critical voices in my head telling me I deserve to be disappointed---I’m open to shifting this now
KC: Even though I still am addicted to being disappointed I acknowledge it and am ready to let more go


EB: I’m addicted to disappointment
SE: I hate it 
UE: I love it
UN: It gives me something to talk about
CH: It bonds me with other victims
CB: I attract people who are disappointed in me
UA: It’s confusing
TH: Why would I do this to myself


EB: The WHY doesn’t matter
SE: I just want to let it go
UE: So I can be free to feel good about myself
UN: Oops, I just heard a critical voice in my head
CH: Boooooooooommmmmm, blowing it up
CB: Returning to sender
UA: No, I’m sorry---I refuse to judge me
TH: I refuse to make myself wrong


EB: I approve of myself
SE: I approve of my letting my disappointments go
UE: And focusing on something positive
UN: I refuse to let the critical voices in my head bully me
CH: One more second of one more day
CB: I know the disappointments happened for a reason
UA: They no longer serve me
TH: I don’t care about the WHY

KC: Even though I don’t think I’ll ever really get over the mistakes I’ve made---I honor and acknowledge the journey
KC: Even though I think I cann’t ever recover financially---I acknowledge that beating myself up won’t help
KC: Even though I’m still working on forgiving myself for my mistakes---I admit I’m used to being disappointed in life and I want to change this


EB: I can’t ever remember not being disappointed in life
SE: Even if something good happened to me 
UE: My mother would find fault in me in another area
UN: I’m addicted to feeling disappointed
CH: I don’t know how to feel optimistic
CB: How can I accept all the mistakes I’ve made
UA: How I betrayed myself
TH: How I abandoned myself


EB: I just can’t stop beating myself up
SE: I’m pathetic
UE: I have so much to feel guilty about
UN: All this disappointment
CH: All these feelings that I’m not good enough
CB: Maybe I’m just a looser
UA: Rubbish
TH: I just bought a load of crap


EB: It’s time to return that limitation to sender
SE: KABOOM
UE: I allow myself to feel the disappointment
UN: Then to ask who it belongs to
CH: KABOOM
CB: The part I played in it---boom
UA: I allow myself to start releasing all this disappointment
TH: I am a work in progress

KC: Even though I’m loving and releasing my fear and anger and stress---I still am in pain
KC: Even though it feels like a bottomless pit of emotions to clear---I honor and acknowledge my efforts
KC: Even though I still have all this pain---I’m grateful for my body helping me deal with all this stress over the years---what a gift and blessing---thank you

EB: Thank you body
SE: Thank you pain 
UE: For letting me know that there is something I need to release
UN: Thank you for partnering with me
CH: Thank you for helping me
CB: Now it’s my time to help you
UA: To love and release all the feelings that are coming up
TH: Yikes, the anger and fear are immense---no wonder you hurt so much

EB: I’m ready to face the pain
SE: And longingly release it into the light
UE: To start to deal with stress in the moment
UN: So it doesn’t get caught in my body
CH: It feels good to help you
CB: It feels empowering
UA: That I can be a contribution to my life
TH: To help us stand strong and powerful

EB: To live in the moment
SE: Even when I’m scared in the moment
UE: I can mentally blow people up
UN: Return their energy to sender
CH: Then later deal with the feelings that come up
CB: I am committed to you body
UA: To releasing us both from the pain of the past

KC: Even though I have all this pain caused from stress---I wonder what my body is fearful of
KC: Even though I have all this pain---I don’t know what my body needs to help it
KC: Even though I don’t know what to do I’m open to a solution presenting itself


EB: All this pain
SE: Feeling hopeless 
UE: Not knowing what my body needs
UN: How to help it
CH: I do know if my body were a little child
CB: I’d hug it and tell it I loved it
UA: That I’d do my best to help it
TH: Perhaps that’s where I can start


EB: Oh sweet body
SE: I’m so sorry that you were so afraid
UE: That you internalized all your helplessness
UN: And stored it in your kidneys
CH: I’m so sorry
CB: Please forgive me for not having the awareness
UA: At such a young age on how to take care of you
TH: Thank you for helping me


EB: All this fear
SE: All this anger
UE: You are safe to go into the light now
UN: You are safe to become love, light and infinite possibilities
CH: You are free to expand into love
CB: You are safe
UA: I love you fear---thank  you for being of service
TH: I now release you

KC: Even though I still have all these people, places, and things that irritate me---I approve of myself and know I will find a way to let it go and even shift my point of view around it all
KC: Even though I still have all this stress---I allow my body to let it go

EB: All this stress
SE: I’m carrying it in my kidneys 
UE: It’s affecting all of me
UN: I allow my body to relax
CH: To know I am doing my best to face the feelings
CB: And energetically transmuting the energy
UA: My body and I are safe
TH: THEY really can’t hurt us

EB: My soul will never die
SE: I allow myself to relax
UE: To choose to be calm and relaxed
UN: To know I’m safe
CH: I’m so proud of myself for finally
CB: Being ready to let this go
UA: To allowing the answer to emerge
TH: To let myself relax

EB: I allow myself to listen to my body
SE: To find out what triggers the stress
UE: To find a way to deal with the fear and anger
UN: To not suppress it
CH: Even if I do it badly at first
CB: I give myself permission
UA: To keep protecting and defending my body
TH: I am so proud of myself for finally protecting my health

KC: Even though I still have this pain—it feels good to send love to my kidney
KC: Even though I still have this pain---I can for a second imagine how wonderful it would be for my left kidney to be pain free like my right one
KC: Even though I have more work to do to release this trapped stress---I am committed to having a healthy body

EB: All this stress
SE: Trapped in my kidney 
UE: All these emotions---trapped
UN: I keep holding on
CH: I’m scared
CB: What if I can’t figure out what the core issue is
UA: All this stress
TH: I just want it gone

EB: When I’m stressed I hold the fear and anger in my kidney
SE: I’m safe
UE: I don’t have to please everyone
UN: It will take a while for people to get over their disappointment
CH: That I’m not a door matt and that I’m not their parent
CB: That I can’t cure them---they, like myself, have to do it themselves
UA: I allow myself to start setting boundaries
TH: I approve of myself for not taking on other people’s issues

EB: Allowing my body to start to relax
SE: I may slip
UE: And I will sure up my boundaries
UN: I can do a little and not everything
CH: Allowing myself to have options
CB: Allowing myself to relax and let go
UA: Allowing myself to celebrate my small victories
TH: I approve of myself even in my imperfection

KC: Even though I am carrying all this stress and it’s making me sick---I honor and acknowledge the process
KC: Even though I have all this kidney pain---I honor and acknowledge the marvelous job my body has done all these years
KC: Even though I’d love for it to be gone NOW----I, also, trust the process


EB: All this pain
SE: I’m so frustrated 
UE: Thank you body for holding onto the pain
UN: Until I was ready to release it
CH: All this pain
CB: All this fear
UA: I don’t even know when it started
TH: Maybe it will get worse if I talk about it


EB: Yet, if I don’t acknowledge it I’ll go mad
SE: I’m miserable
UE: I feel hopeless
UN: I fee stuck
CH: I feel like I have to do this perfectly
CB: NO matter what I’m not going to judge myself
UA: And I don’t have to do it perfectly
TH: All I have to do is acknowledge the pain


EB: Ask it if it has a message for me
SE: If I don’t hear it
UE: I’m gonna send it love anyway
UN: That’s how I start this process
CH: Sending love to myself
CB: I’m so sorry body
UA: Please forgive me
TH: I love you and I’m here

KC: Even though I want to believe that I can let go and transmute the past I am in pain and it distracts me
KC: Even though I go into doubt when I’m distracted by my pain---I honor and acknowledge the process
KC: Even though I am so frustrated by all the energetic work I’m doing and I’m still in pain---I’ll be in pain if I do nothings so I might as well trust the process

EB: I’m so frustrated
SE: I just want the pain to stop 
UE: Why is this happening
UN: Is there more my body is trying to tell me
CH: I’m so frustrated
CB: I’m in pain
UA: I can’t remember a time when I didn’t have some sort of physical pain
TH: I was traumatized as a child

EB: I’m safe now
SE: Am I?
UE: There are people around me who scare me—they are so cunning
UN: I don’t have to remember the core issue
CH: Just that my body has been carrying this stress around forever
CB: Body---I want to help you
UA: To transmute the pain
TH: To help you heal

EB: How can we do this
SE: Perhaps just paying attention to what you are experiencing
UE: I’m so sorry body that we came here to play with stress
UN: It’s time we learned to let it go ASAP
CH: I’m here and I’m not going anywhere body
CB: I’m here
UA: I love you body---pain and all
TH: You are love, light and infinite possibility

KC: Even though I have this pain in my left kidney---I honor and acknowledge that it’s trapped fear and anger over all the stress I’ve put myself through all these years
KC: Even though I’ve been angry with THEM I realize that I allowed myself to get stressed over what THEY think and say and do---I’m ready to start letting this go
KC: Even though I’m embarrassed to admit that I’m doing it to myself---I do so because I want to shift all this and let go


EB: I’m so embarrassed
SE: I’m holding onto all this anger 
UE: I never said anything
UN: I allowed them to buy me
CH: To judge me
CB: To criticize me
UA: I did this
TH: And now look---I have all this pain


EB: All this excruciating pain
SE: That I’m holding onto and now it’s affecting my health
UE: All this pain
UN: What if I can’t let it go
CH: I’ll do damage
CB: Oh body, I’m so sorry
UA: I promise to do my best to start letting it go
TH: To acknowledge my stress and do something about it


EB: All this pain
SE: All this worry
UE: All this fear
UN: I’m so embarrassed
CH: I promise to listen to you
CB: Kidney pain is holding fear and anger
UA: I honor and acknowledge I’m afraid to trust
TH: I honor and acknowledge that I don’t know from my mind what to do
