Did you ever feel stupid around your vision?  Did you feel less than others who do the same thing?  Let’s borrow benefits and tap.

KC: Even though there are a LOT of EXPERTS out there---who’s to say I’m not as talented as them
KC: Even though there are people with credentials and degrees out the wazoo out there doing what I do---doesn’t mean I’m not as skilled
KC: Even though I think that I’m less-than and that they might look down on me---I choose to know that it’s just my mind and ego that are trying to keep me small---there are “naturally-gifted-people” out there and I’m one of them

EB: All these experts
SE: Who do I think I am
UE: I don’t have the years of experience that they do
UN: Who am I kidding
CH: They’ll run me out of town
CB: I don’t have all the degrees that they do
UA: I haven’t been charging for years
TH: I can’t shine

EB: Wait---I’ve helped tons of people
SE: I’ve been doing this for years
UE: I’m a natural
UN: That doesn’t feel right
CH: That darn mind/ego
CB: There goes that voice---“you better not toot your own horn”
UA: It’s not polite to toot your own horn
TH: Yet the “experts” all do

EB: Some people pay PR people to promote them when they are too insecure to do it themselves
SE: It’s time for everyone to shine
UE: It’s time for everyone to know its okay to take pride in their gifts
UN: Therefore, it’s time for me to take pride in what I do well
CH: There is nothing wrong with acknowledging my strengths
CB: There is nothing wrong in promoting myself
UA: There is nothing unspiritual about it
TH: What is wrong and unspiritual is if I hide my gifts and deny people an opportunity to heal

CB: Everyday and in everyway I give myself permission to acknowledge that I am an expert and can help people with my gift

Who discounted your vision?  Did someone tell you it was stupid?  Let’s borrow benefits and tap. 
 
KC: Even though I tend to give my power away to NAY sayers I’m open to changing that
KC: Even though a few people discounted and made nasty comments about my dream and vision I’m open to changing that
KC: Even though others have said my vision is stupid I know they are judging it on their negative experiences and not with an experience with me----I choose to let their opinions go

EB: They didn’t have the experience with me
SE: How dare they judge my abilities and what I do
UE: Just because they don’t like my vision or dream
UN: Doesn’t mean it’s not valid and good
CH: Maybe they are afraid to step into their vision
CB: and feel its okay to put me down
UA: to keep me from shining
TH: Maybe they just had a bad experience

EB: and their judging me without merit
SE: If it’s my calling
UE: I do myself a disservice if I let the words of others stop me from taking action
UN: No one has the right to crush my vision
CH: No one is entitled to my power
CB: I don’t have to give my power to anyone
UA: I’m the one who pays my bills
TH: It’s wrong to give my power away

EB: Taking back my power
SE: Feeling the strength in my solar plexus
UE: Letting that be my guide
UN: feeling into if its excitement or a “no”
CH: usually its excitement and I confuse it with a “no”
CB: I get to decide if my vision is right
UA: I get to use discernment when hearing the comments of others
TH: Letting my body tell me what’s right

We see our vision through our third eye---sometimes it is clouded with our filters of deprivation and old beliefs and programming.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap.

KC: Even though I was told I was not special I choose to see myself in a different light
KC: Even though I don’t see the special light that I am---I’m open to changing the filter through which I view myself
KC: Even though I don’t value my gifts as I should I’m open to changing that because I’m special just like everyone is.

EB: We are all special
SE: So I’m special
UE: I was never told I was special
UN: I discount my gifts
CH: I praise others
CB: They even praise me
UA: I never let it in
TH: That’s very dishonoring to them and me

EB: I don’t want to discount myself anymore
SE: I want to shine
UE: I want to know that I am valuable
UN: Just as valuable as every living creature
CH: I’m open to seeing myself as precious
CB: I see others as precious when they are in their light
UA: I’m a good person
TH: I deserve to allow my light to shine

EB: I give myself permission to change lenses
SE: To see myself as the unique gift that I am
UE: That I love to help people shine
UN: It has to start with me
CH: Letting it start with me
CB: Letting it be okay to see clearly now
UA: Removing the old clouded lenses and filters
TH: Letting go of the old un-true beliefs

Change---take a breathe

Sometime when life gets hard and we are faced with challenges, change, drama---we forget to breathe.  Sometimes we have to give ourselves permission to remember that breathing connects us to our higher selves.  Let’s tap.

KC: Even though I forget to breathe and find myself holding my breathe when under stress.  I choose to change this behavior.
KC: Even though at times I’m so afraid I find myself holding my breathe---I choose to change this behavior.
KC: Even though I have all this fear and barely breathe or find that I’m just taking shallow breathes I choose to change this.

EB: I can’t remember to breathe
SE: It doesn’t feel safe to breathe
UE: I freeze and forget to take care of myself by breathing
UN: That’s what people do when they are afraid
CH: I give my body permission to remember to take a deep breathe and connect to spirit
CB: Not breathing hurts me
UA: It deprives my body of oxygen
TH: It keeps me from connecting with spirit

EB: But you don’t understand
SE: I’m afraid
UE: That is when I need to remember to breathe
UN: I may not remember every time
CH: But I can practice when I’m not afraid
CB: To take deep full breathes
UA: Several times in a row
TH: Several times a day

EB: Allowing myself to take care of myself in a deeper way
SE: An easy way
UE: A gentle way
UN: Helping my body in advance
CH: So that when I am stressed, scared, whatever
CB: My body will instinctively remember to breathe
UA: Breathing throughout my body
TH: Breathing to help my body

CB: Everyday and in everyway I give myself permission to breathe even when I’m stressed---especially when I’m scared and afraid.

Change-it’s our challenge to learn to flow.  Creation is about being in the flow.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap.
 
KC: Even though I like a routine I’m open to allowing a little more flexibility in my life.
KC: Even though I’m resistant to change I realize that routines stifle creative flow.  I acknowledge my resistance and choose to play with the idea of flexibility and flow.
KC: Even though I resist change I want the part of me that wants to be in creative flow to grow more.

EB: I don’t like change
SE: It’s hard
UE: It throws me off balance
UN: I keep forgetting to ask for help with this
CH: I keep forgetting to let it be easy
CB: I’m in the habit of being stuck
UA: I choose to have more fun
TH: Fun and flexibility

EB: Letting it be fun
SE: Letting myself relax into flexibility
UE: I can make a list of things that have to be done
UN: I can go with the flow and check in with my list
CH: I don’t have to beat myself up when I get off balance
CB: Learning to get my spiritual sea-legs
UA: It’s like riding a bike
TH: Tap into that joy and excitement

EB: I like passing tests
SE: I accept the challenge or test of my spirits flexibility
UE: Learning to embrace change
UN: Learning to let it be fun
CH: Letting go of old limiting programming
CB: Learning to allow my creativity to flow
UA: Learning to play
TH: Remembering the joy of playing

Clarity

Clarity- Sometimes we have to trust that we will be guided to the clarity that we need.  It requires turning our will over to divine guidance which is not easy.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap.
 
KC: Even though I don’t like to give up control. I admit that I can’t always know the answer and that maybe a power greater than myself can lead me to clarity.
KC: Even though I don’t always remember to ask because I don’t like to give up control.  I admit that I’m at my wits end and need to ask for help and guidance.
KC: Even though I often don’t know what clarity looks like because I keep thinking it has to look MY way---a part of me knows “clarity” on a deep level and I choose for that voice to grow louder when I ask for help.

EB: I don’t like to give up control
SE: I don’t get intuitive hunches
UE: I’m usually wrong
UN: But sometimes I’m right
CH: Mostly about if I should have trusted someone
CB: Maybe I don’t have to wait for “hindsight”
UA: Maybe I can ask before hand for clarity and guidance
TH: That would make life easier

EB: I heard it’s like developing a muscle
SE: It takes time
UE: But wouldn’t that be the way to go
UN: Hummm, before I always pleaded and never got help
CH: Maybe, it’s more TRUSTING and giving thanks in advance
CB:  “thank you for leading me to the right solution to __________”
UA: I am so grateful that you restored my body to perfect health
TH: I am so grateful that you provided me with the financial abundance to buy my own place to live

EB: I am so grateful that you led me to the right marketing solution
SE: I love that we are working as a team and that I can trust and listen to your guidance with ease, grace, and dignity
UE: I think I’m getting the hang of this
UN: Thanks you for leading me to accepting your will for me rather than my thinking which is coming from old believes and programming
CH: Thank you for leading me to the easiest and most elegant solution
CB: Thank you for the clarity in resolving ____________
UA: Thank you for patience to wait for the right time
TH: Patience is about flow---waiting for the right time---the divine right time—thank you

CB: Everyday and in everyway I give myself permission to wait for the divine right time.  I ask and wait for the right intuitive hit or sense of flow.

What if we looked at change as fun—after all we were only told and came to believe that change had to be hard and a struggle.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap.

KC: Even though I was told that change was hard.  I’m open to a new way of thinking.
KC: Even though I came to believe that THEY were right.  I’m open to seeing it differently because I want to embrace success.
KC: Even though in the past my experience has been that change is hard---I’m open to seeing it different. 

EB: Maybe change doesn’t have to be so hard
SE: Maybe it doesn’t HAVE to be scary
UE: I love how my body looks when I exercise and workout
UN: It’s only a challenge at first and then my body adapts
CH: I’ve handled change okay in the past
CB: Maybe it’s more excitement like right before you leave for vacation
UA: Maybe it’s just anticipation
TH: Maybe I can change my thinking

EB: I’ve planned
SE: On vacation when plans don’t work out I adapt and flow
UE: I won’t loose control
UN: It’s always MY CHOICE
CH: I can choose to let it be easy and fun and exciting
CB: I can choose the pace that is comfortable for me
UA: I can ask for the support I and guidance I need
TH: I want a change that will last

EB: A change that I can live with
SE: These are my plans
UE: These are my dreams
UN: This is my vision
CH: I choose for the part of me that wants it to be fun to win
CB: I allow it to be fun
UA: I allow it to be exciting
TH: I choose to see the challenges as mysteries to be solved in a fun and exciting way

Change- I can’t keep up with the changes

There are so many stressors when you start to change---the resistance can block you.  Relax and take each stressor one at a time---let’s borrow benefits and tap.

KC: Even though I want to embrace change---I admit that I’m afraid I won’t be able to keep up with all the changes.  I honor my fears and choose to love and accept myself.
KC: Even though I’m sure being successful is going to be too much for me to handle and I’ll end up failing.  I don’t want that to happen but I’m afraid it will.  I honor and accept my fears and choose to love and accept myself anyway.
KC: Even though I’m afraid if I make these changes it won’t last---because that’s what I was told and believed---I acknowledge my fears and choose to love and accept myself anyway.

EB: I can’t keep up with the changes
SE: It’s too much
UE: I’ll have to sacrifice some things
UN: It’s not fair
CH: Why bother
CB: I’ll get resentful
UA: Success requires commitment and sacrifice
TH: I don’t know if I can

EB: It doesn’t sound like fun
SE: It’s too hard
UE: I’ll have to give up too much
UN: I’ll just fail anyway
CH: Everyone will say “I told you so”
CB: I’ll be embarrassed
UA: But what if I let it be fun
TH: What if I thought of it as an exciting adventure

EB: When I’m on vacation I don’t regret giving things up for a bit
SE: I ask for help from strangers and tour guides
UE: I could think of this as an adventure
UN: This might turn out okay
CH: I love having fun
CB: Success could be fun
UA: Oprah looks like she’s having fun
TH: I want more fun in my life

Everything is going to be okay.  You’ll still find a way to feel okay with being successful.  Think of the ways that success feels scary--- let’s borrow benefits and tap.

KC: Even though I’m really scared of being successful. I acknowledge my feelings and am open to letting them go.
KC: Even though a part of me wants to succeed another part of me is addicted to failure---it’s comfortable.  I honor this part of me and want to slowly remove these blocks.
KC: Even though I want to change I’m afraid to succeed.  I can give myself permission to change at my pace and that feels better.

EB: No one will like me
SE: The change is happening too fast
UE: I don’t know if I can handle all the success
UN: I really want the success
CH: But all this change is scary
CB: All this change
UA: All this resistance
TH: It’s too much

EB: I want to change
SE: I keep sabotaging myself
UE: I keep going backwards
UN: I don’t feel secure
CH: I don’t feel supported
CB: Maybe I can just take baby steps
UA: It’s okay to go at my own pace
TH: The point is to keep moving forward

EB: I give myself permission to take it slow and steady
SE: The operative words being “steady”
UE: To keep my eye on my goal
UN: To keep moving forward
CH: No matter how many slips
CB: I want to allow success into my life
UA: Slow, easy and steady
TH: Everyday and in every way

Change- they’ll kick me out of the group

Everything is going to be okay.  You’ll still find a way to belong or be okay with being separate.  Think of a reason they won’t accept you and let’s borrow benefits and tap.
 
KC: Even though they didn’t invite me to join the outing.  I understand they are uncomfortable with my setting a boundary.  I honor my hurt feelings and am open to finding new ways to connect.
KC: Even though I can’t talk to this old friend anymore because they simply are not on my same path.  I acknowledge my loss and am open to still holding them in my heart and remember them in cards and in my heart.
KC: Even though I’m afraid I won’t have any friends left.  I’m open to seeing this differently.

EB: They are ostracizing me
SE: It hurts
UE: We just don’t share the same interests
UN: They don’t want me in their life unless I go along with their program
CH: They don’t understand
CB: A true friend wants you to be happy and takes you for what you can share with them
UA: Maybe it’s just in sharing cards
TH: Maybe it’s just in sharing funny e-mails

EB: I can still honor the good times
SE: Without living in the past and all the limiting behaviors
UE: It hurts to be shut out
UN: It hurts to see how inflexible and punishing they can be
CH: Yet, I am developing deeper and more honest friendships with the new people in my life
CB: I have to be true to the person I am becoming
UA: It’s okay to feel the hurt and disappointment
TH: It does feel good to be honest with what feels good for me

EB: I like not judging others
SE: I like just accepting others
UE: I like focusing on the joyful and fun things in life
UN: Rather than focusing on the negative
CH: It’s okay to feel the pain
CB: I’ll find a new way of relating to my old friends
UA: Cards and emails are a good start
TH: I honor the person I was and am so grateful for the person I am becoming
