We loved them as kids---let’s borrow benefits and tap into our superhero (bring to mind all your childhood limiting messages)  Pt 3

KC: Even though I have all these negative messages from childhood I acknowledge that for some reason I don’t want to let them go
KC: Even though a part of me doesn’t want to let them go---another part of me wants to and I want that part to win
KC: Even though I want to release all my negative messages---I honor and acknowledge the loneliness of my childhood and sure wish I could believe in superheroes again

KC: Even though my boss and traffic really tried their best to get the better of me--I’m home safe and sound and BOOM---I get to let go of the stress of the day
KC: Even though my family is trying to get the best of me---I duck into the bathroom and BOOM---I get to let go of the stress
KC: Even though all this stress was thrown my way today---I gratefully return all that pissy energy to sender with consciousness attached


EB: All this stress
SE: Known and unknown 
UE: I return to sender
UN: Body you don’t have to hold onto anything from today
CH: I honor and acknowledge all the known and unknown stress I encountered today
CB: I release it
UA: Body on the count of 3 let’s return it to sender
TH: 1-2-3  BOOM


EB: Returning it gratefully
SE: I no longer need to hold onto the stress of the day
UE: Traffic---BOOM
UN: Bosses---BOOM
CH: Family----BOOM
CB: Body you are strong and I love you
UA: I choose to eat a healthy meal
TH: To get ready for a peaceful and healing night’s sleep

SE: Sorry you cannot have my peace of mind 
UE: I’m sorry you are having a pissy day
UN: But, I have to return your energy to you
CH: This is a “pissy-free-zone” boom
CB: Yep, I’m starting over
UA: You almost had me
TH: I almost went down the grumpy road


EB: Nope, I’m tapping you out
SE: I’ll try not to grin as I observe you spiraling down the day
UE: Just cause you want me to be frazzled doesn’t me I have to be
UN: I’ll do the work
CH: My attitude is mine
CB: I choose to be happy
UA: I have a purpose
TH: My purpose it to do what you assign me ---with verve


EB: That’s me happy
SE: I tried your way
UE: It makes for one long-hard-exhausting day
UN: I rather whistle while I work

KC: Even though I just woke up---I reach up and embrace my higher self and direct my day with the highest intention to be of service to myself and others in the most non-judgmental way possible


EB: To flow through my day
SE: Starting with smiling and saying to myself in the mirror 
UE: I LOVE YOU __________(your name)
UN: I love you just the way you are
CH: I LOVE YOU BODY
CB: Wrinkles, rolls, and scars
UA: I LOVE YOU
TH: I love you just the way you are


EB: I am so grateful for my lungs
SE: I can’t wait to use my voice to say “good-morning”

UN: I can’t wait to get in my car and appreciate that I have a car

UE: To not judge the feelings

CH: Positive and negative
CB: They are just feelings
UA: I’m doing great

EB: I choose to release the anxiety around eating
SE: I choose to forgive myself for judging any of my feelings
UE: I choose to laugh at my anxieties
UN: They are just my body’s way of telling me that I need to do some clearing
CH: My teeth get a film that signals me it’s time to brush
CB: My body knows when it’s time to tap

KC: Even though I’ve been doing really good---oh, dear, I think I want to punish myself for feeling good about myself


EB: It’s not okay to be happy
SE: I’ll get in trouble 
UE: I know I will
UN: How dare I be the happy one
CH: I won’t fit in
CB: Everyone else likes to complain
UA: I’ve been so happy
TH: Oh no, I’m getting that feeling


EB: Like I’ll punish myself
SE: It’s uncomfortable feeling happy
UE: It feels like I’ll punish myself
UN: A binge
CH: It’s not okay to be happy
CB: Mother won’t like it
UA: I don’t deserve to be happy
TH: That’s what she told me


EB: I really want a salad
SE: All of a sudden I’m craving cheese fries
UE: I’m scared
UN: It’s okay body
CH: It wasn’t okay to feel our hurt when we were young
CB: Now it’s okay
UA: It’s okay body
TH: I give you permission to be happy

KC: Even though I ate and now see that it’s about not feeling appreciated all week and safe---I honor and acknowledge the root this time
KC: Even though I binged because she reminded me of my mother’s constant criticizing me---I honor and acknowledge how I stuffed my resentment all these years and want to start letting my powerless feelings go
KC: Even though I blew it---I’m taking this raw disappointment as an opportunity to clear some emotions out


EB: All this disappointment
SE: I really let myself down 
UE: I didn’t even realize I was being restimulated
UN: All this hurt
CH: I feel so lost and confused
CB: All this pain
UA: When will it stop
TH: I stopped the binge


EB: My body is starting to partner with me
SE: I’m tapping the pain out now
UE: I hate you mother
UN: I hate that you criticized me
CH: That was then and this is now
CB: And I don’t have to eat over it
UA: I can acknowledge the trigger and blow it up
TH: Darn I feel like a little kid


EB: Good----I can scream as I tap
SE: Feel, tap, release
UE: I couldn’t as a child
UN: I can now
CH: I can look in the mirror and tap
CB: And cry over the hurt in my eyes
UA: Watching it leave
TH: I love myself enough to witness my release
