Releasing trapped emotions

Sometimes we trap the emotions of scarcity and fear in our body and it can affect different body parts and even our ability to make money.  Think of where you hold scarcity and let’s borrow benefits and tap some energy out Pt  2

KC: Even though I learned scarcity form my parents because they were always in fear around money---I choose to start letting this thinking go
KC: Even though I carry all this fear that there just won’t ever be enough money---I choose to breathe into my heart and know right this moment I’m safe and can start turning around this fear and thinking
KC: Even though I can still hear their words around money being too tight and there will never be enough---I choose to start letting this go

EB: WOW, all this fear
SE: I have this belief that scares me 
UE: There will never be enough money
UN: I can feel the tension in my body
CH: Gripping my stomach
CB: I honor and acknowledge the fact
UA: That my parents did the best they could
TH: They learned it from their parents

EB: It’s not what I want my experience to be
SE: So, I give myself permission to start changing this belief and experience
UE: I choose to let go of this vibration of scarcity
UN: I choose to let go of the thinking that there will never be enough
CH: There is always enough air
CB: Letting go of the vibration of scarcity
UA: Embracing the vibration of more than enough
TH: Always more than enough money

EB: Breathing into my heart space
SE: Knowing and feeling the safety and experience
UE: Of having more than enough money
UN: Oh, how yummy
CH: Always more than enough money
CB: The sense of safety and security
UA: I never had growing up
TH: What a fabulous re-pattering gift I can give to myself

Sometimes we trap the emotions of anger in our body and it can affect different body parts.  Think of where you hold ANGER and let’s borrow benefits and tap some energy out Pt 1

KC: Even though I’ve been storing anger in my eyes---I choose to start letting it go
KC: Even though I’ve been storing this rage in my eyes---I honor myself for all I’ve been through
KC: Even though I didn’t realize there was all this anger trapped in my eyes---I choose to start letting it go

EB: All this anger
SE: All this anger trapped in my eyes 
UE: I had no idea
UN: No wonder my vision is compromised
CH: All this  anger
CB: All this frustration of having to wear glasses
UA: All this dependence on glasses
TH: All this anger

EB: I have all this trapped energy in my eyes
SE: What would happen if I would let it go
UE: Let go of all this anger
UN: Just because everyone in my family wears glasses
CH: Doesn’t mean I have to
CB: I come from an angry family
UA: What is my vision improved even just slightly
TH: I want to start letting go of some of this anger

EB: This anger trapped in my eyes
SE: It’s okay
UE: I give my body permission to release some of this anger
UN: I give myself permission to not re-experience
CH: What I’m not wanting to “see” from my childhood
CB: Just letting the anger come up and out
UA: I appreciate you, body, for letting this anger go

KC: Even though I want to break my distraction pattern---I acknowledge that I have a hard time making healthy choices
KC: Even though I intellectually know what I should do---I can’t quite make the right choices
KC: Even though the idea of making healthy choices stresses me out---I choose to remain calm and confident

EB: All this stress
SE: All these doubts 
UE: I don’t know HOW to do it
UN: I do know I just don’t want to
CH: I feel restricted and punished
CB: WHAT
UA: Taking care of myself is a good thing
TH: Not a punishment

EB: I’m confused
SE: All this internal conflict
UE: I choose to take a breathe
UN: Into my heart
CH: I choose to feel the calmness
CB: In this moment
UA: It’s okay I can do this
TH: I don’t have to listen to the voices in my head

EB: I don’t have to give into the fear
SE: I choose to be proud of lovingly parenting myself
UE: It’s fun to eat healthy
UN: I like a creative challenge
CH: I choose behaviors that nourish and support me

KC: Even though I crave this food I feel confident that the feeling will pass

EB: I choose to breathe
SE: Through this craving 
UE: It doesn’t feel like I can
UN: I can
CH: Breathing into my heart space
CB: Choosing to feel calm and relaxed
UA: I choose to break this distraction pattern
TH: Yea me, I am choosing to lovingly parent myself

EB: I’m just having an energetic temper tantrum
SE: I can hold a loving, compassionate space form myself
UE: Witnessing my discomfort
UN: And not making my feelings wrong
CH: Allowing them to flow through me
CB: Letting them go
UA: Not stuffing them down
TH: I hear you---all the mental doubts

EB: I know in the past we couldn’t do this
SE: This time we are more attuned and aware
UE: We have more tools now
UN: I choose to honor and acknowledge you little voices
CH: I choose to love you through this new behavior
CB: I give myself permission to change this pattern
UA: To love myself
TH: Enough to change

KC: Even though I have this belief that food will distract me and provide me with pleasure---I choose to see that this is only a momentary reprieve
KC: Even though I have this belief that food will solve all my problems---I honor and acknowledge this false illusion
KC: Even though in the past I was blinded and gave into this immature behavior and impulse---I choose to start letting go of this distraction pattern

EB: The distraction of food
SE: It’s an illusion  
UE: It doesn’t solve anything
UN: Overeating is giving into the pain body
CH: Giving my power to something outside of me
CB: It’s a distracting mechanism I learned from my scared and hurting parents
UA: I no longer have to continue the pattern
TH: I no longer have to serve this false god/parental behavior

EB: I choose to avoid the guilt, shame, and blame
SE: I choose to avoid making myself the bad guy once again
UE: The feelings of being a loser once again
UN: Return to sender
CH: I’m so done with you
CB: I choose to trust myself
UA: To know I can lovingly choose to parent myself correctly
TH: To praise myself when I don’t give into distracting behaviors and patterns

EB: I choose not to create a situation where I’ll be angry with myself
SE: I choose to KNOW I’m more powerful
UE: Than a learned behavior
UN: Sure it was preverbal when I learned it
CH: I don’t even remember why it started
CB: I just know I’m stronger than the illusion of pain
UA: Pain is just a signal that I’m disconnected with source energy
TH: I choose to plug back into source energy

CB: I choose to love me enough to witness my discomfort from a place of understanding, compassion and love

KC: Even though my thoughts focus on my distraction of choice I choose to breathe and feel my rage

EB: All these thoughts
SE: It feels like I’ll die 
UE: All this rage
UN: All this sadness
CH: All this panic
CB: All this anxiety
UA: It feels like I’ll die
TH: All these consuming thoughts

EB: The smells
SE: The taste
UE: The momentary peace it brings me
UN: All the memories of numbing out
CH: Then the guilt, blame and shame
CB: All the negative self-talk
UA: All the pain
TH: I choose to start letting it go

EB: Contrary to what I believe
SE: My thoughts and feelings won’t kill me
UE: I love myself enough to parent myself
UN: To tell myself I understand and am there for my body
CH: To nurture and listen to the pain my inner child is going through
CB: I choose to love me enough to soothe myself with breathing and tapping
UA: I choose to stay calm and confident and love  myself through this withdrawal
TH: It is possible

KC: Even though I’m still distracted easily by food I choose to let go of this conditioning
KC: Even though food still triggers me I choose to see it as a learned habit and I choose to
reprogram myself

EB: Food
SE: The smell 
UE: The thoughts
UN: Yummy
CH: What a delicious distraction
CB: I can’t help myself
UA: Or can I
TH: I learned to distract myself with food

EB: I can learn to take responsibility
SE: I can learn to feel my feelings
UE: I want to feel my feelings
UN: I’m tired of being held hostage unconscious impulses
CH: I choose to let go of this impulse behavior
CB: I choose to laugh when I see myself unconsciously reach for food
UA: I choose to see how I can change this control pattern
TH: How: I can choose to see the absurdity 

EB: My brain and senses
SE: No longer need the distraction of food
UE: I can stay in control
UN: I can tap the feelings out
CH: I can decide to love myself enough to remain conscious
CB: I deserve to be the parent of me
UA: Who loves me enough
TH: To give me permission to eat healthy and to  feel my feelings

UE: Be gone
UN: Return to sender
CH: I choose to believe in me
CB: I choose to KNOW that I can be successful
UA: I choose to KNOW in my mind
TH: And invite that knowing down into my heart

EB: I choose to love me
SE: I choose to believe in me
UE: I choose to see control as not giving up
UN: I choose to give my body permission to change habits
CH: I choose to see me eating healthy
CB: I am the parent who gives me permission to eat healthy
UA: I choose success
TH: I choose me

EB: I choose to see me as living my success
SE: I choose to focus on the feeling I’ll have when KNOW
UE: And experience a different reaction or behavior
UN: Taking pride in making a different choice
CH: Not because I have to

KC: Even though I won’t be able to distract myself with food when I go into fear about the future---I honor and acknowledge my feelings
KC: Even though I have all these future concerns and I usually distract myself with food---I honor
and acknowledge my feelings
KC: Even though I always numbed out with food in order to ground myself when I think about the future---I’m willing to change this behavior

EB: All this fear
SE: It’s about the future 
UE: I don’t have control in the future
UN: I eat to ground
CH: I forget to breathe and ground myself
CB: I’m in the habit of distracting myself with food
UA: I check out even before I reach for the food
TH: I can’t stand this

EB: Here I thought I was in control
SE: All these distractions
UE: All these fears
UN: All this lack of trust in myself
CH: I can’t control even NOW
CB: When I don’t know what to do I eat
UA: I breathe
TH: I just need to practice breathing right

EB: Like exercising a muscle
SE: I won’t gain weight that way
UE: I choose to change this distracting eating habit
UN: I choose to be in control through my breathing
CH: That way inspiration can come in
CB: I choose to be happy rather than distracted and numb
UA: I choose to allow myself to change my coping mechanism
TH: I choose to know I am committed to me
