Forgiveness

Sometimes we have to forgive ourselves for all the wrong choices we’ve made.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap some charge off
 
KC: Even though this past year I really screwed up---I honor and acknowledge I was doing the best I could
KC: Even though at times I KNEW I was screwing up and went ahead anyway—I still honor and accept myself
KC: Even though I feel like beating myself up---I choose to let it go so I can do better tomorrow


EB: I really want to beat myself up
SE: I really was bad a few times 
UE: And on purpose
UN: I can’t forgive myself
CH: I need to punish myself
CB: WHY
UA: Because bad people need to be punished
TH: Very few people are punished though


EB: The ones who hurt me weren’t punished
SE: Like I thought they should be
UE: Oh, I’m judging them and me
UN: I’m sorry
CH: Please forgive me
CB: I’m sorry I judged you
UA: It actually kept me in judgment about myself
TH: You’ll create your own ill luck in this or another life


EB: In this life I want to forgive
SE: Not forget---that’s what boundaries are for
UE: To forgive
UN: To acknowledge what I did
CH: And do my BEST not to repeat it
CB: I’m sorry
UA: Please forgive ME
TH: I love ME---thank you

Indecision

Sometimes we hold ourselves back because we have a belief that we’ll make the wrong decision.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap some charge off

KC: Even though I never get ahead because I’m afraid to make a decision---I honor and respect where I am
KC: Even though I really get frustrated and am tired of making every excuse in the book to not make a decision---I’m ready to change this
KC: Even though I want to stop right now and walk away---heck NO---I’m gonna face this head on


EB: Look at me I just made a decision
SE: I bet it won’t make a bit of difference 
UE: All this frustration
UN: All this indecision
CH: I can’t stand it
CB: I feel so guilty
UA: I keep disappointing myself
TH: I’m so ashamed


EB: How can I forgive myself for all the bad decisions I’ve made
SE: Well, this pattern was running
UE: That said I had to make bad decisions
UN: That I had to be a failure
CH: So the more enlightenment and tapping I do
CB: The less the program will run
UA: Then I’ll see that I’ve been making the right decision all along
TH: I was supposed to NOT make a decision---so I was making a decision


EB: Now I can make the right decisions
SE: They may not always work out
UE: Who cares
UN: I’ll make a decision after I ask
CH: “with all the info I have what decision would be a contribution to how I want my life to look like in 5 years”
CB: If it turns out wrong---I’ll regroup and make a better informed choice
UA: Heck, I can make a decision
TH: I don’t have to beat myself up

CB: I just have to pause, ask, and congratulate myself and/or start over

KC: Even though I’m doing my best to change my definitions of receiving I’m still jealous
KC: Even though I don’t want to be like THEM---they have everything I want---if I have those same things I’ll be like THEM
KC: Even though I feel jealous and confused I want and choose to see that I haven’t let myself feel deserving----I want to turn that around right now


EB: I’ve been buying the belief that on some level I don’t deserve it
SE: I don’t care why I believe that  
UE: I just want to return that thought to sender
UN: I’m holding myself back
CH: Because I’m afraid I’ll be like THEM
CB: I guess I don’t trust myself
UA: Return that less than thinking
TH: I know I’ll still be me


EB: Yet, they changed
SE: Wait, They are not me
UE: I want to be seen now
UN: Because I want to be a contribution
CH: To myself and others
CB: There is the difference
UA: They just want people to feel less than
TH:  I really want to open my arms and receive


EB: To let myself have it all
SE: I’m so grateful for this insight
UE: I’m so sorry
UN: Please forgive me for living small
CH: I love myself
CB: Enough to say YES
UA: YES to shining
TH: YES to life

KC: Even though I regret holding onto my jealousy I can’t seem to let it go---I honor and acknowledge my feelings
KC: Even though  I feel really bad about harboring this jealousy I accept how I feel and want to start letting it go
KC: Even though it’s not fair---I can’t help it---I know I’m holding myself back and I just can’t seem to stop it


EB: All this jealousy
SE: I know it’s holding me back 
UE: I always felt this way
UN: They get everything
CH: They are so lucky
CB: Nothing works out for me
UA: I regret that I can’t let go
TH: I’m frustrated that I can’t let go


EB: It’s not fair
SE: I hate that life seems so unfair
UE: I’m jealous of them
UN: They are so lazy
CH: They don’t deserve it
CB: I work so hard
UA: I should have it
TH: Not them


EB: I’m horrible
SE: But it’s the truth
UE: I hate that They always come out smelling like roses
UN: Me---always struggling
CH: I don’t understand why
CB: I just have to change my vibration
UA: They certainly feel entitled
TH: Maybe that’s what I’m jealous about

KC: Even though I have this regret that I didn’t stand up for myself and it now is this festering anger in me----I want to start letting it go
KC: Even though I can’t change how I reacted back then---I can start letting go of this anger and beating myself up
KC: Even though a part of me wants revenge and to tell them off---a part of me knows THEY won’t change or admit their part---I don’t want to carry this anger anymore


EB: I’m not forgiving them
SE: I’m not forgiving me 
UE: I did the best I knew how
UN: I can’t change the past
CH: Yet, there is all this anger
CB: All this seething anger
UA: I want to scream
TH: All this rage trapped in my body


EB: It wasn’t fair
SE: All this righteous indignation
UE: I still can’t change the past
UN: It happened
CH: I’m tired of tilting at windmills
CB: THEY are never going to admit they were wrong
UA: It’s not fair
TH: I have all this anger and regrets


EB: I didn’t stand up for myself
SE: I can now
UE: I can feel the anger and disappointment
UN: I want and choose to start letting the pressure off
CH: Admitting I can’t change the past
CB: I can choose to live a happy life now
UA: And to not abandon myself in the present
TH: Right here and right now I can learn how to love myself and speak up

KC: Even though I don’t want to let myself off the hook because of all the ways I’ve hurt myself and others ---I honor and acknowledge all the shame, guilt and regrets I’m experiencing
KC: Even though I have all these regrets and a part of me doesn’t want to let them go and you can’t make me—I honor and acknowledge how stuck I feel
KC: Even though these regrets hold me back---a part of me wants to let them go and I want that part to win


EB: All these regrets
SE: All these failures 
UE: All the ways I’m hurting myself and others
UN: They are holding me back
CH: I feel like such a loser
CB: All these regrets
UA: So many bad choices
TH: How can I forgive myself
 
EB: Some things I didn’t do on purpose
SE: Some things I did
UE: I can’t forgive myself
UN: I can’t ever punish myself enough to change the past
CH: I can only live in more integrity in the present
CB: I can never suffer enough to change the past
UA: I choose to live a better life
TH: To help others


EB: A living atonement
SE: A life that respects and honors life
UE: A life that is not wasted in regret
UN: I choose to start letting go of my regrets
CH: To acknowledge them and tap in knowing
CB: That I can never punish myself enough to change the past
UA: I am committed to living in the present
TH: To being a positive contribution to life and the people I know

Addictive Feelings

Sometimes we have an addiction to a belief.  Let’s borrow benefits and dig deeper to clear some ties to feelings holding us back Pt 4

KC: Even though there is still some fear---I do feel more in control
KC: Even though I have all this doubt around this good feeling lasting---I know I didn’t get depressed over night
KC: Even though I don’t understand this process a part of me is responding and I want the results more than the understanding

EB: I’ve struggled most of my life
SE: I’ve been addicted to this feeling for decades 
UE: I’ve done everything
UN: Spent tons of money on therapy
CH: Maybe I’m kidding myself this time
CB: Yet, I do feel better
UA: They are easy tools
TH: Expand out the fear

EB: Tap
SE: Maybe this time by honoring and acknowledging my life
UE: And honoring and acknowledging the great work I’m doing it will all turn around
UN: I choose to peace
CH: I choose love
CB: I choose to love myself
UA: When I experience a negative thought
TH: I’m gonna return it to sender

EB: Or, let it expand out
SE: Breathe and remind myself
UE: Right this minute I’m safe
UN: The danger has passed
CH: I’m okay
CB: I choose to release and let go
UA: I choose to expand into more of me
TH: I choose to love me
