TH: Now it’s creating problems when I take time off
EB: Now it’s stopping me from living and enjoying my life

UE: All these emotions and feelings in my back
UN: I’m so tired of them
CH: I wish I could make them stop
CB: I’m open to letting this pain go
UA: I’m ready to let my excuses go
TH: I’m ready to find a new healthy identity
EB: I’m ready to let go of the guilt and anger
SE: I’m ready to let go of the traumas
UE: I’m ready to forgive myself and others
UN: It’s time
CH: It’s okay to let myself off the hook
CB: I played the victim long enough
UA: I don’t have to play that game anymore
TH: I give myself permission to forgive myself and others
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: I give myself permission to let go and change my identity
