UA: It feels to exhausting
TH: Too much responsibility
EB: I won’t have time for friends
SE: They’ll be jealous
UE: They’ll want my money
UN: I can’t change anyway
CH: Why bother thinking about it anyway
CB: But, I’d really like it if I did succeed
UA: It would feel so good
TH: It would feel calm and confident I think
EB: Allowing myself to play in the energy of succeeding
SE: Being as dynamic as my skills will allow
UE: Eventually delegating the things I don’t like to others
UN: Being okay with change
CH: Being okay with the criticisms of others
CB: Maybe their jealously would be about their fears
UA: Choosing to consider being okay with success
TH: Letting go of this fear a little at a time
REPEAT as necessary
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: Choosing to tap out this fear of success
When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: “I acknowledge my fears and choose to focus on tapping them out.”
