SE: Too much to keep up with
UE: I don’t have the time
UN: I can’t seem to do anything about it
CH: My brain can’t process it all
CB: I don’t know what to do
UA: I can’t think
TH: All this overwhelm
EB: HELP
SE: I HAVE to get it done
UE: There is too much
UN: I can’t figure out the new program
CH: It feels like I’m a failure
CB: Maybe I’m not supposed to get it all done
UA: That’s crazy
TH: I have responsibilities
EB: I just can’t figure out this program
SE: What else can I do
UE: What else can I do to be a contribution to myself
UN: I’ll do that one thing that I can do
CH: Focus on it 100%
CB: Then I do a few others
UA: In a few hours I’ll come back to what seems overwhelming
TH: I’m ready to release this anxiety and focus on what I can do for this hour
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: I’m open to the perfect person coming along to help me when the time is right
