KC: Even though I think I need to figure it out I’m open to a new way of getting into the solution
KC: Even though I think I have to figure out every detail I’m open to rethinking this
KC: Even though my fear is my mind will chatter and scatter on and obsess I acknowledge my old ways of thinking ---and am open a new way
EB: I can’t just ask a question and wait for the solution to show up
SE: I can’t let my mind have that much freedom
UE: It will make me crazy
UN: I have to direct my thoughts
CH: I have to plan out what I need to do to change “this”
CB: I have to think about what it will take to change all “this”
UA: How’s that been working for you
TH: Well, I can’t be irresponsible
EB: Why not ask “What’s it gonna take to make it happen?” and see what guidance comes your way
SE: Right like I have time for that--- I need answers now
UE: The mind loves to work with spirit to manifest solutions if you direct it with the right questions
UN: I don’t see how this will work
CH: Have you ever been worrying about something and you get an answer on the side of a truck?
CB: Yes, but
UA: It’s the same idea---pose the question and see what shows up---why stress over it---imagine the result you want
TH: See what clues show up
EB: Each goal is an ADVENTURE ---to discover the hidden clues
SE: Oh, I have to be aware and open to SEEING the clues
UE: Exactly, you know the end result or feeling you want
UN: I just allow myself to be led
CH: Yes, see what hunches occur to you and then make a mini-plan and see if that pans out
CB: Oh, to see what ideas occur to me that might be the solution I need
UA: Exactly, allow your mind to work with a power greater than yourself to come up with NEW energy and solutions
TH: Sounds peaceful and trusting
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: I like the peaceful part and actually it’s trusting in me and a source greater than myself
When fear starts creeping in tap on the UE and say: “I allow myself to trust that if I ask the right question the answer will reveal itself subtly at first.”
