As I heard one person put it "Life is a high-risk sport, and I may get injured along the way." What makes all the difference is to take responsibility for my life.
KC: Even though it's easier to blame others for my misfortune and I hate sometimes that I drew these circumstances to me I choose to try to see it differenetly.
KC: Even though I'm used to being the victim I can choose to switch my thinking and choose to see it differently.
KC: Even though I don't want to admit that I'm creating these inconvienciences I choose to be open to the possibility that they are trying to tell me something.
EB: I'm mad that I don't have internet at home
SE: I'm mad that I can't afford wireless or cable
UE: I'm mad that my life doesn't look like I thought it would at my age
UN: I hate being inconvenienced
CH: I hate whining about all this
CB: No you aren't
UA: Yes I am
TH: Then why are you still whining
EB: I don't know
SE: You don't
UE: Well, there isn't anything I can do about it today
UN: I don't know how to get the support I need
CH: Sure you do----you're just afraid and blocked
CB: I don't want to be
UA: Then research and see what you can do to change it
TH: And decide to change your outlook
EB: This is forcing me to make changes
SE: This is forcing me to choose happiness no matter what is going on around me
UE: This is scary
UN: but what a great growth opportunity
CH: it's getting me out of the room
CB: it's getting me to research options
UA: choosing to not be a victim
TH: choosing to smile through it all
Breathe in thruough the nose and out through the mouth----ahhhhh
CB: three breaths----one to clear, one to connect with my Team, and one to connect with source
Because the library is closed MONDAY there will not be another post until TUESDAY providing I can get library-computer time. Have a great time until then---remember--breathe!
