KC: Even though I’m afraid I choose to breathe and remain calm and confident
KC: Even though I don’t know how it’s gonna turn out---I choose to remain relaxed
KC: Even though I’m afraid---I can finger tap and remain relaxed


EB: I choose to feel good
SE: I acknowledge I’m nervous  
UE: I can still choose to feel good
UN: I choose to see how I feel as excitement
CH: Yes, maybe I’m just really excited
CB: Today doesn’t have to be horrible
UA: It can be fun
TH: I choose to let it be fun


EB: Maybe I’ll meet new friends
SE: Maybe this will be my lucky day
UE: Maybe---just maybe I’ll be okay
UN:  Because I’m choosing to feel good no matter what
CH: I can have fun
CB: I can make new friends
UA: I can ignore the bullies
TH: I can be okay with acknowledging my fears


EB: And then remember to breathe and finger tap
SE: I choose to let it be okay
UE: I choose to be happier
UN: Each time I remember to breathe and tap

KC: Even though I’m afraid of new things---I don’t know why---I honor and acknowledge how I feel
KC: Even though I’m scared I’m doing great in acknowledging this and tapping it out


EB: I’m afraid
SE: I’m scared
UE: There are a lot of reasons
UN: I can’t even think of them all
CH: I feel sick
CB: I have a knot in my stomach
UA: I can’t breathe
TH: I don’t feel well


EB: But, I’ve decided that I want to let this panic feeling go
SE: I don’t know why I’m afraid
UE: But, maybe this time it will be okay
UN: I don’t have to know why
CH: Maybe this time it will work out
CB: Maybe being nervous makes it worse
UA: Maybe if I’m calm it will be okay
TH: This could be my lucky day


EB: I want to believe that
SE: I choose to believe that today everything is gonna be fine 
UE: Even the rough times
UN: It’s gonna be fine
CH: I feel good after I tap
CB: So even if it’s a rough day
UA: I can tap
TH: I choose to believe that it’s all gonna be fine

KC: Even though just like when I was a kid I’m impatient and it still gets me in trouble---I love myself
KC: Even though I’m still impatient and get so angry with myself---I honor and acknowledge it
KC: Even though I’m impatient I’m still a great person


EB: I’m impatient
SE: I didn’t know then or now 
UE: But I’m impatient
UN: I get nervous when I don’t know what to do
CH: People make me nervous
CB: I never know what they want from me
UA: They keep changing their mind
TH: I get confused


EB: Impatience
SE: Fear 
UE: Tears
UN: Panic
CH: I have to know
CB: I have to
UA: All this impatience
TH: All this impatience


EB: I have to ask questions
SE: I interrupt
UE: I don’t know what to do
UN: I still get on people’s nerves
UE: Maybe it’s okay now to relax
UN: To repeat for understanding
CH: To explain that I can’t hear that fast
CB: That I want to do a good job
UA: I honor and acknowledge the process

KC: Even though I’m curious--- I’m scared cause they keep telling me “curiosity killed the cat”----I don’t want to be killed
KC: Even though I’m just a kid and we explore things ---I don’t mean to knock things over---yet, if I play like they tell me I forget it’s play and I only see the ADVENTURE----I don’t understand what they want me to do
KC: Even though they tell me to go entertain myself and then they get mad when I get too loud---I get hit and I’m scared and I’m not allowed to cry and I just don’t know what to do---won’t someone love me and make it all better


EB: I don’t understand
SE: Why am I in trouble 
UE: I was just doing what you said
UN: I was “entertaining” myself
CH: I didn’t mean to be loud
CB: I didn’t mean to make a mess
UA: I’m confused
TH: I don’t understand


EB: All these rules
SE: I don’t understand
UE: I’m sorry
UN: Please forgive me
CH: I love you
CB: I’m sorry
UA: Please forgive me
TH: I don’t know what to do


EB: I just want to hide
SE: I’ll just hide and be quiet
UE: I’m so sorry little one that you had to marinate in all that confusion
UN: I’m sorry the world of adults is so confusing
CH: I’m sorry you are hurting and confused
CB: I’m sorry please forgive me for not understanding
UA: That you were so confused and still are

KC: Even though I’m the adult and I can see that I’m safe now I honor and acknowledge the little child in me who still doesn’t feel safe
KC: Even though I’m afraid I’ll do more damage to my scared little child---I honor and acknowledge the process
KC: Even though I’m scared I’m choosing to tap for clarity on how I can be of service to my scared inner child


EB: I’m scared
SE: What if I make it worse 
UE: I’m safe now
UN: Why must I address the scared part of me
CH: Why can’t I just get over it
CB: Oh, that’s part of my trapped message
UA: I never got over it
TH: I wasn’t allowed to feel the feelings


EB: I am safe now
SE: I give my little child permission
UE: To feel all the fear and feelings
UN: I won’t leave you
CH: Even if you are numb
CB: It’s okay
UA: I’ll tap anyway
TH: EVEN THOUGH I’m numb I love and accept myself anyway


EB: I will do whatever it takes to assure my inner child that she is safe now
SE: That it’s okay to feel all her feelings
UE: I choose to release
UN: I choose to become clear on what my inner child needs help releasing
CH: I choose not to judge myself
CB: I choose to focus on freedom
UA: I choose to trust the process
TH: I choose to move all of me into feeling safe and secure
