KC: Even though I’m addicted to this habit of compulsively overeating I choose to honor and acknowledge the journey

EB: This habit of compulsively overeating
SE: I choose to release it from my muscles 
UE: I choose to release this habit from my joints
UN: I choose to release this habit from my bones
CH: I’ve been holding this habit in my nerves
CB: And I choose to release this habit now from my nerves
UA: I choose to release this habit of compulsive overeating from my tissues
TH: I choose to release this habit of compulsive overeating from my every cell in my body


EB: I choose to release this habit from my heart
SE: I choose to release this from my mind
UE: I choose to let this habit go from every cell membrane
UN: I give my body permission to purge this compulsive habit
CH: To let go and release this habit
CB: To heal from this habit of compulsive overeating

KC: Even though I have some stress---I choose to get into solution energy
KC: Even though there is always going to be anxiety around eating for me---I honor and acknowledge the process and look forward to working with my body


EB: No more denial
SE: I choose to partner with my body 
UE: To not judge the feelings
UN: Good and bad
CH: Positive and negative
CB: They are just feelings
UA: I’m doing great
TH: Body you are doing great


EB: I choose to release the anxiety around eating
SE: I choose to forgive myself for judging any of my feelings
UE: I choose to laugh at my anxieties
UN: They are just my body’s way of telling me that I need to do some clearing
CH: My teeth get a film that signals me it’s time to brush
CB: My body knows when it’s time to tap
UA: To tap on how I’m feeling
TH: Even if I can’t put a name to the feeling


EB: Releasing all this judgment
SE: Choosing to feel calm and relaxed around food
UE: Letting go of my compulsion to drown my feelings in food
UN: I love this new way of relating with my body
CH: Choosing to have a healthy relationship with food
CB: Choosing to acknowledge the great work my body has done all these year

KC: Even though I feel really good---I don’t understand why I’m feeling uncomfortable
KC: Even though I haven’t binged in a long time---I really feel uncomfortable
KC: Even though I’ve been doing really good---oh, dear, I think I want to punish myself for feeling good about myself


EB: It’s not okay to be happy
SE: I’ll get in trouble 
UE: I know I will
UN: How dare I be the happy one
CH: I won’t fit in
CB: Everyone else likes to complain
UA: I’ve been so happy
TH: Oh no, I’m getting that feeling


EB: Like I’ll punish myself
SE: It’s uncomfortable feeling happy
UE: It feels like I’ll punish myself
UN: A binge
CH: It’s not okay to be happy
CB: Mother won’t like it
UA: I don’t deserve to be happy
TH: That’s what she told me


EB: I really want a salad
SE: All of a sudden I’m craving cheese fries
UE: I’m scared
UN: It’s okay body
CH: It wasn’t okay to feel our hurt when we were young
CB: Now it’s okay
UA: It’s okay body
TH: I give you permission to be happy

CB: And to take care of yourself

KC: Even though I ate and now see that it’s about not feeling appreciated all week and safe---I honor and acknowledge the root this time
KC: Even though I binged because she reminded me of my mother’s constant criticizing me---I honor and acknowledge how I stuffed my resentment all these years and want to start letting my powerless feelings go
KC: Even though I blew it---I’m taking this raw disappointment as an opportunity to clear some emotions out


EB: All this disappointment
SE: I really let myself down 
UE: I didn’t even realize I was being restimulated
UN: All this hurt
CH: I feel so lost and confused
CB: All this pain
UA: When will it stop
TH: I stopped the binge


EB: My body is starting to partner with me
SE: I’m tapping the pain out now
UE: I hate you mother
UN: I hate that you criticized me
CH: That was then and this is now
CB: And I don’t have to eat over it
UA: I can acknowledge the trigger and blow it up
TH: Darn I feel like a little kid


EB: Good----I can scream as I tap
SE: Feel, tap, release
UE: I couldn’t as a child
UN: I can now
CH: I can look in the mirror and tap
CB: And cry over the hurt in my eyes
UA: Watching it leave
TH: I love myself enough to witness my release

CB: Feel, tap, cry, release---boom---I love myself enough to witness my release

KC: Even though  I had a mini-binge---I acknowledge that I’m hating myself
KC: Even though I didn’t eat the entire box----there is a part of me that doesn’t acknowledge the good I did do and I want to acknowledge that I did stop the binge
KC: Even though I have all these conflicting feelings I honor and acknowledge all parts of me


EB: I can’t excuse my behavior
SE: I can acknowledge that I did the best I could 
UE: I stopped my binge
UN: That’s huge
CH: I’m proud of myself
CB: Why did I start with it to begin with
UA: Oh, I didn’t tap on the minor irritations all day long
TH: I forget I can figure tap to reduce stress and anxiety


EB: Now I feel even worse
SE: Hey, it’s a journey
UE: I’m perfect just the way I am
UN: I’m getting to bring all these feelings of disappointment into the light
CH: To acknowledge them for once
CB: So they can feel they have a voice and allow themselves to be heard
UA: I ate too much
TH: Now I get to voice the pain and let it go


EB: I ate it all
SE: It was only really good for a few bites
UE: The guilt started sooner than usually
UN: And I stopped eating the rest
CH: Thank you body for signaling to me when you had enough
CB: Thank you
UA: I stopped and I get to bring some of the pain up to be healed
TH: A win-win after all

CB: It’s a journey and I trust the process

KC: Even though I was good yesterday---I can feel the stress mounting and I’m afraid I’ll start eating
KC: Even though I’ve been doing pretty well---I haven’t had the time to deal with not having the quiet time I need to relax
KC: Even though my feelings of not feeling safe are bothering me---I’m afraid they’ll trigger a binge


EB: I don’t feel safe
SE: I don’t have any privacy 
UE: It feels like I live in a fish bowl
UN: I can’t control it
CH: I just want to get lost in food
CB: I just want to feel soothed
UA: Even if just for a moment
TH: I need an escape


EB: Make it stop
SE: Even if I took a shower the pressure is still there
UE: All the noise
UN: Yet, if I eat---it’s still there
CH: And then I’ll feel worse
CB: I really want to reward myself for “sucking it up so well”
UA: What if I acknowledge how much it hurt
TH: And how much I just want to be loved and appreciated


EB: No one really loves and appreciates me
SE: They just use me
UE: Then they ignore me
UN: Until they need something again
CH: I don’t feel loved
CB: I don’t know how to love myself
UA: Oh, sweet one----I do love you
TH: I want to breathe into my heart and watch all the pain drift up and explode above my head

CB: Boom---I love tapping and watching the pain leave---breathe tap on my under eye and boom

KC: Even though I have all these triggers around eating I want to start letting them go
KC: Even though I have this habit of eating when I feel uncomfortable---I want to honor and acknowledge how it has soothed me over the years
KC: Even though food fills up that empty space inside of me----I want to fill it up with self-love now—and I admit I’m afraid


EB: I feel out of control and uneasy
SE: I feel empty inside 
UE: I just can’t stand to feel my sadness and hurt
UN: I can’t stop punishing myself
CH: All these triggers
CB: All these feeling I want to avoid
UA: I can’t help it
TH: It feels like I’ll die if I don’t eat it


EB: Then I feel guilty
SE: Shame and embarrassment
UE: Then it starts all over again
UN: I can’t help it
CH: I feel like I’m broken beyond all hope
CB: What is wrong with me
UA: I go unconscious when I eat
TH: Nothing matters


EB: It’s my only way of feeling peaceful just for a bit
SE: It doesn’t last
UE: Thank you food for helping me all these years
UN: I survived the worst
CH: We don’t have to relive the pain
CB: Just enough to let it go
UA: It’s hard not to judge the pain
TH: Sweet pain ---I want to bring you into the light so you can heal

CB: I’m sorry body that we have to experience the discomfort---and it will be okay---trust me
