Since everything we think and feel impacts the rest of humanity the challenge is to flow with the delay and try to find the good in the situation.
KC: Even though I missed appointments today because of delays not of my making. I choose to focus on what I did get accomplished because I want to love and accept myself and my thoughts.
KC: Even though my meal is even getting cold because of the delay I choose to see this as an opportunity to get even more done. I honor my frustration and love and accept myself.
KC: Even though I don’t know WHY I’m drawing this to me I accept that I love myself enough to be gentle with my response today.
EB: I choose to remain calm
SE: Life sometimes happens

UN: I choose to relax
CH: I choose to find peace in shifting my attention
CB: I can write this blog post
UA: I can be proud of how calm I am remaining
TH: I got a lot done this morning
EB: Recovery comes in different forms
SE: I was given the gift of time to catch up on “things” I’d been putting off
UE: Like a snow day
UN: But unlike a little kid I don’t have to “just” watch TV or play
CH: I can be productive and have fun
CB: Catching up on things feels good
UA: it releases a lot of guilt
TH: This is pretty nice
EB: A sense of accomplishment
SE: A sense of being productive
UE: Hey, some good came out of this delay
UN: I got to tap
CH: I got to catch up
CB: I got to practice letting go
UA: I’m so proud of myself
TH: I love flowing through life
