KC: Even though I want to be certain of the outcome and not knowing throws me into fear---I accept myself anyway
KC: Even though I’m more in fear than faith I choose to accept myself
KC: Even though I want to know ALL my action steps before I start anything---I choose to change this


EB: I want a guarantee around the outcome
SE: I want certainty 
UE: I need to know if it will work
UN: That way I know the universe has my back
CH: If I don’t know why bother trying
CB: I have to wait until I am certain it’s gonna be okay
UA: I have to know
TH: I’m not stubborn


EB: I’m cautious
SE: But what if the unknown IS the excitement in creation
UE: The thrill of trusting plus research and skills
UN: I have tried it from time to time
CH: It’s worked on small things
CB: I’m afraid it won’t work on big things
UA: Things that matter
TH: Everything matters


EB: I think I want to try it again
SE: I can take one action step at a time
UE: Leave room for redoing it
UN: Hummm, I’m willing to give it a go
CH: I’ll never succeed at anything if it has to be perfect
CB: I don’t have to be fearless to start
UA: I will always have some fear
TH: It’s biological

KC: Even though I can still feel the fear in my body---it’s not quite as bad
KC: Even though I still have the fear response in my body---I honor and acknowledge it
KC: Even though I still have this fear in my body I choose to know I am safe and it’s okay to relax---even in the presence of an over reactive person


EB: I choose to release some more of this fear
SE: My body and I choose to relax and detach from the drama around me 
UE: To see the humor in the situation
UN: I can step by step choose to relax
CH: I don’t have to react just because they are
CB: I can choose a different response
UA: My body and I can choose to relax
TH: And not take on the drama of others around us


EB: I can learn to trust my bodies new responses
SE: It doesn’t have to be on high alert all the time
UE: It will make all the difference in my life
UN: We will feel more empowered
CH: My body doesn’t have to be on guard
CB: Cautious is okay
UA: On guard---NO
TH: We are okay


EB: Most of the time we are okay
SE: I choose to remain calm
UE: I choose to remain detached
UN: I choose to not take on the reactions of others
CH: It has nothing to do with me
CB: They may not like what I do and say
UA: And I’m not responsible for their reactions
TH: I choose to let go of my bodies default fear reaction

KC: Even though I want to take certain action steps in my career---this darn fear stops me in my tracks
KC: Even though I want to expand---I get anxious and decide to wait---I honor and acknowledge this habit and how I feel
KC: Even though  I get paralyzed with fear I accept how I’ve felt in the past and choose to find another way of reacting


EB: My body is used to being afraid
SE: I only know a fear response 
UE: I’m always on guard
UN: It’s really hard to take action
CH: My default body response is FEAR
CB: My throat closes
UA: My stomach tightens
TH: My head goes blank


EB: I can’t remember how to relax
SE: I don’t know how to stop it
UE: I go blank
UN: I try to remember to breathe
CH: I forget
CB: I feel so stupid
UA: It just makes me feel helpless
TH: Will I always be like this


EB: AFRAID
SE: This reaction is really strong
UE: There have been times when I was relaxed
UN: What was that like
CH: Oh, I was trusting that everything was gonna be okay
CB: I can’t control how others react
UA: If they go crazy
TH: I can just detach and watch it like a TV show

CB: It really is pretty funny---I have done that and it works brilliantly----I’m gonna try to practice that---it feels like a fun reaction

Letting go of a fear

KC: Even though there still is some fear I choose to be calm and confident
KC: Even though my mind can sure come up with some compelling excuses to stay small---I honor and acknowledge this for what it is
KC: Even though my mind tells me it’s safer to stay small---I choose to remain calm and confident knowing I’m meant to expand and change


EB: All this fear
SE: All this remaining fear 
UE: Pushing me to stay small
UN: I honor and acknowledge it
CH: AND, I choose to remain calm and confident
CB: I choose to focus on my gift
UA: To not be selfish
TH: To be willing to share it


EB: I choose to focus on the bigger picture
SE: My purpose in life is to grow and change
UE: Staying small is not honoring my purpose
UN: I choose to honor and support my higher self
CH: To become what I’m meant to be
CB: Even though I don’t know what that looks like yet
UA: I choose to trust the process
TH: I choose to feel the support of the divine


EB: I choose to acknowledge my fears
SE: And return them to sender
UE: To direct my day
UN: I am committed to a happy
CH: Healthy
CB: Financially prosperous day
UA: I choose to remain calm and confident
TH: That the universe will rise up to support me today

CB: I know and believe I am allowed to receive today what I have asked for

KC:  Even though I can’t imagine giving up all my fears I sure can see myself sheading more and more
KC: Even though I’m secretly afraid for being successful---I honor and acknowledge this fear
KC: Even though I want to trust the universe---I know that once I start to honor myself and expand I won’t want to be arrogant because expanding and having fun will be more fun


EB: All this fear
SE: What if I’m successful 
UE: What if I’m a one hit wonder
UN: I won’t know if I don’t do it
CH: All this fear
CB: It feels like a bottomless pit
UA: What if it is really excitement
TH: Hummmm


EB: If I’m successful
SE: People will never leave me alone
UE: Now I have a whole new set of fears
UN: Oh, I do know how to say “NO” now
CH: Yet, the additional responsibility
CB: And, my message is sound and true
UA: And, people need to know what I do and how it will help them
TH: So, I’m just being of service


EB: Return that crazy thinking to sender
SE: As I speak publically
UE: I’m really speaking to a host of individuals
UN: As I look around the room
CH: I’ll be connecting to the people who need to hear what I have to say
CB: I allow myself to focus on being of service
UA: To focus on them
TH: Not me

KC: Even though it feels like I’ll die if I have to speak in front of people I honor and acknowledge how I feel
KC: Even though I’m afraid to be seen and judged---I want to start letting this shift
KC: Even though I’m afraid of all the judgment and criticism from even one person---I’m open to changing this


EB: What if they don’t like me
SE: What if even one person boos me 
UE: What if I choke
UN: What if I make a fool out of myself
CH: What if I forget everything
CB: It feels like my heart will burst
UA: What if I faint
TH: All these fears


EB: I know my message is important
SE: And I still have all these fears
UE: I can’t do it
UN: I know people need the information I have to give
CH: I think it will help people
CB: I want to help people
UA: I want to be of service
TH: I choose to focus on being of service


EB: I choose to be calm and confident
SE: If they don’t want to hear what I say
UE: It’s okay
UN: There may be one person who needs to hear what I have to say
CH: I choose to focus on that person
CB: I choose to focus on how I can be of service
UA: I choose to be calm and confident
TH: I choose to know my angelic team is cheering for me

CB: The negative is just unenlightened energy and I choose to focus on the people who are ready to receive my information and let the rest go

Fear of Success

Sometimes we fear success because we’re afraid our lives will change too much.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap some charge off.

KC: Even though my body tenses at the thought of my routine changing if I am successful---I’m open to changing this
KC: Even though I’m afraid I’ll lose some friends---I’m open to changing this
KC: Even though it’s easier to stay small---I honor and acknowledge this thinking and am open to changing this 

EB: I’m not ready for everything in my life to change
SE: People will place more demands on me
UE: I’m not comfortable saying NO
UN: I’m not comfortable setting boundaries
CH: People will judge me and stop being my friend if I say NO
CB: I can’t be more successful than my friends
UA: My family and friends might resent me
TH: I’ll have to move

EB: It will be too hard to live here
SE: It’s safer to stay small
UE: If I’m successful I’ll have too many responsibilities
UN: You can’t trust the banking system
CH: What if the economy collapses 
CB: I’ll lose my new things
UA: Then people will really talk about me
TH: I won’t know how to deal with all the attention

EB: I’m carrying all this stress in my stomach
SE: All this stress and crazy thinking in my brain
UE: My head hurts
UN: I have a pain in my chest
CH: I give my body permission to relax
CB: I give my body permission to say NO when my body goes into reaction
UA: At the very least I can say:  I’ll get back to you
TH: My body can relax and know I will take care of it in a loving and kind way

CB: I can schedule massages or things that relax me and are nurturing to my body

When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: “I don’t need to terrorize myself over possible scenarios----I can take it one hour at a time---I will greet this day with kindness and compassion for myself and others”

Fear of being judged and criticized by others

Sometimes our fear of what others think keeps us from taking action in our lives.  Think of a time you didn’t take action in your life because you needed or felt you would be judged too harshly.

KC: Even though I have this fear of being criticized I’m open to letting this go
KC: Even though I have this need to gain the approval of others before I act because I’m made so many mistakes in the past---- I’m open to letting this go
KC: Even though in the past everyone derived immense pleasure in seeing me fail---I’m open to not letting it bother me  

EB: All this tension in my body
SE: Fear of what THEY will say
UE: Fear that I’ll make a mistake
UN: Fear that I’ll be judged and criticized
CH: I need THEIR approval
CB: I value their opinion above mine
UA: I base my actions on what THEY think
TH: I don’t want to fail again

EB: People like to see me fail
SE: If I do what THEY say then I have an excuse for failing
UE: Yet, they always find a way to turn it back to me
UN: I can’t win so why try
CH: All of this fear and tension
CB: Stored in my body
UA: I can feel it gripping my stomach
TH: It freezes me

EB: I can’t take action
SE: I give my body permission to start releasing some of this fear
UE: I give myself permission to start small and make some decisions without seeking the opinion of others
UN: To go into my heart space to seek the answer
CH: I give my body permission to let go of the past fears gripping my stomach
CB: I give my body permission to know it doesn’t have to live in terror
UA: I promise body to love you and to be kinder to you
TH: What one kind thing can I do today for my body

Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh

CB: I nurture myself with kindness today

When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: “I’m sorry body that I put you through so much---I know you are afraid to take action and I honor and acknowledge that ---and I choose to create my day with kindness compassion and accepting myself”
